I have been cooking for years and you are right when you get in there and cook at home it gets very easy! I too, look to recipes as a guide and then I do my own thing. Nothing more satisfying than cooking your own meals!! You are a very lovely young lady!

Summer meals are easy since there’s loads growing in the garden, but funny how green salad is more enjoyed in cooler weather. Sandwiches an open faced sandwiches are refreshing when it’s hot outside.

Pro tip! Shred your instant pot chicken using a potato masher! I am always making chicken tacos for company and it takes 60 seconds or less to shred it with the potato masher!

Sloppy Joes! I tend to meal plan, and my husband rarely makes requests. A couple of weeks ago, he did, sloppy joes. We haven't had them in ages. It's just us 2 again, so it was great to make a simple meal that he was stoked to eat. Simple never goes out of style.

Haveyou tried Spoonburgers? I was raised on this, kinda like sloppy Joe's but they have pet milk in them. It makes them not so acidic from the ketchup. I finally found a recipe close to my mom's. I love your channel and your sisters too❤❤

not trying to answer for her, but there is no reason to rinse. If you cook the meat to 165 it kills all “germs”. One also risks splashing the “germs” in the kitchen. Hope this helps you!

I didn’t say spray with a hose! Don’t you wash your produce and fruits ? I guess it’s personal preference to get rid of impurities 🫢

@@ozarkview928 i personally have seen extra “particles” washed out; don’t matter if it’s organic. Don’t want to be eating it even if it’s cooked to the right temperature. Personal preference:)
The fat would have to come off the chicken if I'm cooking it.
