So many stories about contractors, family, friends just teefing your money and not getting the job done! Really believing that foreign people owe them something. This feeling of entitlement is mixed with jealously and envy. These feelings can become so strong that they may even want to cause harm to that foreign person. Jerome mentioned it in another video. You have some Jamaicans that are lazy. They sit and watch what everybody has. They want the same but they do not plan to work for it. Easier just to take yours after you work it. They are immature dependants. Even when they do get the opportunity to go abroad. They look for someone to marry who already has their own home and a good job. They still do not plan to work and wonder why things are not working out for them.
A so life go. Sometimes it never just rains but it pours. You are being tested. But your are strong. This too will pass. Keep up your sense of humor and trust God. Your views and scenery make me want to visit the Bluffs.

You do not know why that young lady get dip. It is unfortunate but she has to sort that out herself or get help from her family. We understand who betrayed you and that has to hurt. You need the workers to do piece work not day pay. They get paid to complete a particular work. Do not stress yourself out too much. You will complete the house. This is why people like to say people get rich and switch because at some point in life you have to stop denying who are causing obstacles in your way. Face up to the truth and avoid them.

Who is going to manage the airbnb (cleaning, guest check in , inspections after guest etc) ? You might have that part figured out but you will really need a trusted person for that. It is so sad that you're trying and people are bringing you down.

Trust me the season for helping isnt now. I finally dont feel bad not helping as I must be able to help self first. Next thing is I flip houses in US but live in Toronto area. Remote rehabbing is tough, have to be at the location at key points and have to have people that dont have to micromanage. Unfortunately I have learned to have very. little trust in this business as the owner/investor always on the line to loose. I rate the channel, keep the videos coming
I'm from Toronto, sounds like wrongful dismissal. First you were sick with doctors instructions to take days off. Then you put in your 2 weeks notice because they wouldn't work with your modified schedule. They didn't accept it instead they were then willing to accommodate you rather than make you quit. Sounds like they wanted to fire you so you aren't eligible for E.I (Employment Insurance) with the hours and earnings you worked made you should be able to get E.I payments for several months. Look into this bro, call the labour board and file for wrongful dismissal. This could be based on race and you having health issues based on what you said. Hope tings work out. God bless
