The motto was true when we had independence when the island was more diverse, at one time there was nuff White people in Saint Elizabeth, Manchester and Kingston/ St. Andrew, now very rarely unless u go to an uptown party.

Non-Jamaicans find it hard to understand why Jamaicans are not used to racism. Kids notice differences and will tease each other: too tall, too short, too black, too white, Chinese etc. So teasing a Chinese classmate was about perceived differences and not racism. That was usually fleeting as well. I bet as they knew him he became accepted in the group. Very very different situation from racism in US and UK for example.

If I was Chinese, Indian or white I would move to Jamaica or Africa I would get rich no matter how poor the people are that I move amongst . They are programmed and conditioned to give you whatever they have if you are not black, even light skin Jamaican has that privilege. And before you attack me, you who are raised to uplift everyone who is not your race. I have a dark skin mother and a very light skin father and I see the difference in treatment just because of skin color. My father gets respect immediately, my mother had to fight for it.

@@EarthlyGoddessOyaattached for what. U don't see this man is racist and thinks the lowest of Jamaicans and African. Mek him move him nastiest. George Stiebel (1820-1896), Jamaica's first black millionaire, in St. Andrew. He gained his wealth in Venezuela and returned to Jamaica.long b4 the Chinese arrived in Jamaica. Aliko Dangote: $14.2 billion Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote saw his fortune grow from around $11.5 billion on last year’s list. He not only is the richest African but the richest black man in the world for 11 years. 3 billion more than Robert F. Smith: $8 billion American.
William Alexander Leidesdorff (1810-1848) was likely America's first Black millionaire. He is a immigrant fromCroix, Danish West Indies. And he's s after Jamaica's millionaire and might I point out also from the carribeans.
Why would anyone argue with pure ignorance this man not even know history to open his mouth for 1 to believe him. Spits out pure white supremacy cause to small minded to open a book and learn

You just listed black millionaires in countries with large black populations.
how many black billionaires are in China?
      Can u name them?
How about the black billionaires in India?
Can black ppl even own land in China?

@@acowaanna3143 your upset because the Chinese did not colonize a whole globe. I'd like to point out. PLACES WITH LARGE AFRICAN POPULATION OUTSIDE of Africa IS DUE TO COLONIZATION. It has nothing to do with them being racist. Lol people r so weird. If being racist means you didn't colonize a whole world and shuffled people around like paper clips then I'll take the Chinese. By the way these people are not Chinese there Jamaican so I don't know why we're talking about the Chinese lol

In media, journalism or any form of print or electronic communication, the story, news or idea should have 6 key elements: Who, What, When, Where, How and Why. When those elements are addressed in the story (or video as in this case) the audience is usually satisfied with the delivery.

Humans are like vessels to carry out the function of this universe. Some are the catalyst to the inevitable end, and some are the catalyst to the start of something new. It dictates how they interact with each other, and the way they perceive themselves and the world around them. It's incredibly how a man can go around creating conflict wherever he can, however he can. And why some might be dim-witted or devoided of logic. We are all apart of the process that will lead to its fulfillment, it's deep rooted in our subconscious minds, many people aren't even aware of it, they operate on a low frequency. Rastafarians seem to have a higher sense of consciousness about this, that's why I respect them.
