Kon chau. I used to go there a lot. Haven’t been in a while. Last time it was over busy and people waiting. Your grandpa must know my grandpa. My grandpa had a store on red hills road back in the 1960s. My dad used to be in real estate there and he is a little younger than your grandpa. I bet they all know each other. We left in 1972. Thanks for the video.
Oh wow. What a small world. He might know him!
This is so cool! My maternal grandfather was from mainland China & I’m Trinidadian. He lived to 87 and passed days after I was born. He owned a Chinese restaurant in Trinidad and my family carried on the business after he passed.
wow that is interesting. I am sorry that he didnt get a chance to meet him and how wonderful that his business is thriving and I hope to go Trinidad one day and maybe try your family's restaurant! What is the name of it? I can ask my trini friends. Blessings!
He reminds me so much of my 90 + Chinese neighbor, who passed recently ..Lovely down to earth man ..Stay well gramps
I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you got to spend some time with the neighbor.
Thank you!
It’s always a pleasure to see your grandpa.
Thank you! I hope to do more videos with him. Any suggestion is welcome.

We love this post . My team and I was at the Chinese Garden yesterday we are researching the Chinese contribution to the Jamaican culture specifically the food. We at Genesis Academy want to thank you the Chinese family for your contribution. We are truly out of many one people . We love Grandpa, he is so cool.
Thank you so much for watching!
I hope you enjoyed the garden and I hope you got more information for your research.
What did you learn about the contribution?
There are Asians all over the world. Its so amazing that his memory so sharp❤ I hope he lives a long time.... Mexico has a lot of Chinese folks. There are Koreans in Colombia. Love his accent.
It is amazing! I hope I am as sharp as he is at his age.
Wow It is amazing how people end of all over the world.
Yeah, Asians integrate will with everybody. Don't cause any trouble and are always respectful. Very docile and cute people.
This had me in tears, I don’t even know, loved it, Thanks for this, enjoyed it, reminded me of my dad who passed, refreshing
Very interesting with great questions. Never got to meet my Chinese grandfather, as he passed away before I was born. He left my grandmother and my mother (as a baby) for Cuba and employment. So many stories need to be told. Thank you.
Grandpa is such a gem more please.

I went to Toronto about 4 years and I loved it. The people are so nice and the food is amazing! Someone commented a a while back saying that there is a place in Toronto that has fish place like Hellshire
What a lovely genuine man. I used to enjoy talking with my grandparents from “the country” about their childhood experiences
This video definitely blessed me today. I too have a special relationship with my grandfather. He is full of wisdom. Also from JA. Now that he is in his older years I truly cherish the time I have with him and very blessed that my children are able to know who he is. He is the reason I can cook today! 🇯🇲

I ADORE your grandfather!!! What a great, amazing, and truly sweet man! My goodness, how I'd love to just ask him question after question!!
I love history; and older people are always absolute TREASURES! Each one is a font of wisdom, experience, and history! I wish, so much, that millennials and those "gen z" creatures would realize the greatness, wisdom, historical information and experience, and great value of elderly people! We all need to remember how wonderful they are, and treat them with love, respect and the value they deserve, before they're gone!
THANK YOU FOR THIS, SWEETHEART!!!☺️👍👏💖
Thank you so much for watching. They definitely have a lot of wisdom, experience and advise.
Blessings and One love
