For me, the single greatest "could have been" incarnation of King Crimson, even if Sylvian declined the invitation. There is a dynamism in this band that is utterly stunning. Fripp was right to ask him. Their live album proves that. However, I also appreciate Sylvian's decision, after initially accepting, to then decline. We have the studio album and live outing however to acknowledge what could have been and what these musicians created together.
this collaboration was so straight to the point and experimental as in its nature. for me it gave a point to rock music of that time, coming from 70th and 80th, something hardly understood by the musical world around. i remember you we had grunge choice, techno house and hip hop all around

Thank you for downloading this, I went to see this tour at the Royal Albert Hall such a disappointment the acoustics and the mix was dreadful, people were leaving mid way, this is how we should have heard it....
I was right at the top at the Albert Hall, no way was anyone move'n up there, we thought we'd all fall out our seat's, but yeah Acoustic's was bad, went twice after to see diff people there, & it was the same, Donna Summer on the ground floor was AWFUL sound.
OMG what the f--k happened to this recording?! I go away for 2-3 weeks and an 11+ minute performance is suddenly cut off in the middle at 5 minutes! This is horrible! An abomination! It's just cruel! I was cut off in mid-groove, like coitus interruptus: it sucks! Can we please have the rest of this stoned groove back, please?

I disagree. Belew has a much more versatile voice than Sylvian. i´m not saying that Sylvian is a bad singer or anything like that, but Belew is far more appropiated for King Crimson music.
Still the best Robert Fripp soloing ever !!! Starting at 9:15
Best Robert Fripp soloing ever !!!
Japan were amazing pioneers but this feels like Sylvian found his band. T Gun on Bass, mindblowingly dynamic!🔥🌟

I went to see this live Albert Hall i think , it still gives me goosebumps play it on your stereo and turn it up to 11
I was at the same gig. It was completely spoiled by an absolutely shite PA system.
Your stereo goes up to 11 ?
С гитаристов, я ааспитывалсч, и ФРИПП для меня УЧИТЕЛЬ!!!
Fripp as good as ever .. you're good if you can follow the finger movement. Freakingtastic.
Fripp's solos are always crazy
SIMPLY AMAZING...This is off the charts.
This is a stunning event in pop and rock history, and it is live! What is the essence of grace revealed in hard rock!?
Why this does not have 1B views ?
Mind blowing. Every time i listen see this magical performance, feels like first time.

Frippertronic Funkadelic. I love to see Fripp more out front.
It's got that early Byrne / Belew feel..

Es posible que sea una referencia a la propriedad de Elvis Presley en Memphis. Se llama Graceland. Pero no estoy seguro.
Wow gara di chitarre.

Is this show available on disc or by download? Must have!
Please, who is the stick player?
Trey Gunn
What King Crimson would've sounded like...if David Sylvian was their vocalist instead of Adrian Belew.
And in this universe was no Thrack, TCOL, TPTB - sad, isn't?
Solo like SAILORS TALE
play it loud
I forget the other guitarist ? Pretty important as Fripps foil

el problema es que ese intrumenti cuesta como 50,000. dollars y tener a fripp no tiene precio.
agreed... love Fripp and Sylvian and definitely the best stuff that Sylvian has done but he is no Belew :)
play it to loud¡
alguien me puede decir donde queda graceland?
sigue el camino de la droga
Darshan refers to seeing deity; God. Graceland refers to the destination of a spiritual journey, i.e. heaven.
Sorry, my Spanish is rusty.
Sylvian looked a little bit like Robert Palmer at this time. 🙂
2 doors, 1 shut...
can someone tell me something about this?
Not Sylvian's and Fripp's best album together, but a fantastic live concert. I saw this concert at Massey Hall in Toronto and it was amazing.
It is from a Laserdisk released in Japan. Sadly, no DVD.
