thankful you're driver's were safe and your son was blessed by God's protection 🙏🏼 sounds like you have a great group of workers and you sound and seem like a very understanding boss or safety person, and very understanding of your workers safety and life... yes trucks got damaged but human life is the most important value and your belief in God's helping hands thank you for your video's and keeping us the viewers involved 🙏🏼 you have a great fleet of trucks thank you..❤❤❤
Thank god that nobody got hurt, trucks, trailers, equipment can all be replaced, I’ve never yelled at the guys when something happens I’ve had to walk away and regroup but you’re right yelling only makes things worse,
I must confess. I was gonna say some ignorant stuff and the more you spoke of God the stronger I got a weird feeling in my chest. That I think let me know that you are a true man of God. I apologize for just the thought and Glory be to God. Thank you for sharing.
If you use the same bay all the time for the lift is to have the floor drilled and use safety posts that slide into sleeves in the floor if you have those the truck would of hit them and stopped the truck it is scary to see those accidents happen all you can do is move forward and try to make it safe as you can
Glad all are safe. Trucks and equipment can be fixed or replaced. Luckily for all involved they have such an awesome boss and God is good. I’ve said it before, you are the gold standard of owners and bosses. The world needs more of you. Stay safe brother
Everything happens for a reason, and sometimes we don't get to know those reasons. Thank you for sharing this video testimony and sharing your faith in the Lord. I always turn the "what ifs" into Even If... God is always in control. You are indeed blessed.
When faith steps in it's amazing to see, positive attitude brings positive results. At the end of the day it's always good to remember the blessings we have and the friends and family we share it with, prayers for your dad Trevor and that driver, and an extra on for that mechanic because I'm sure he's feeling pretty low right now. And happy anniversary buddy safe travels, thanks for sharing Justin 👍
Justin I feel your pain, my wife has a bad heart she has congestive heart failure stage 3, I just lost my heavy haul job 4 weeks ago had to drive home from Tx to Fl was about to loose everything until someone made a gofundme account for my family so we could try to get by! living in Fl heavy haul jobs are hard to come by after 31 yrs and over 3million miles I have nowhere to go work to take care of my Family! Listen I may just be a viewer but you are so VERY VERY BLESSED with everything you have a Family being in a family with a huge buisness! You GOT This
I know it’s tough showing the camera video of the shop accident but I commend you for this reason. You are not only helping your shop guys to learn and adjust to how to be more safe, you may have helped many others that have a similar shop setup that have not had any issues yet but can now look at their own workplace and make changes for safety. Great video all the way around Justin! Thank you for sharing
I’m am very glad that no one was hurt especially your son Justin thank God but this was a preventable accident simply because as a driver or a mechanic when getting into a truck to move it you should always check to see if the truck is in neutral and the brakes are applied b4 starting the truck.
God is always right and always good...even when we do not understand! There is a fellow on yt in Georgia named James Pretty who has some older classic trucks that he planned on restoring but he cannot float them anymore financially. He posted a video this morning showing which ones are for sale and prices. You might find something in his fleet that you could bring back into a restored service! God bless you brother!
When you never deal with issues, you never have to go over the issues....lesson learned.....no one was hurt blessing, one truck per lane per service .......if needed safety meetings in the am to go over and to get info out to employees....you can't stop life from happening but you can avoid things that it may bring.....stay safe brother!!!
Justin, my brother, you know you're exactly right. The Lord arranged for your son to not be under that truck. Praise God for He is merciful in all things! He knows where you are and where you're going, He is with you. Keep giving thanks! I believe I saw a Rosary in one of your videos, pray it everyday!
Good to hear that nobody was hurt, always number 1 concern. Where I work wheel chocks on every truck in the shop no matter what the reason. When we have to start the truck the tech gets into driver seat, foot on the breaks, clutch depressed horn honked 3. times. No excuses.
The important thing is not to lose faith. We all like your honesty an we all get tough weeks an when your in business a long time it's more like a Big Family everyone pulls together.
All our Trucks have a Clutch Neutral Safety Switch. You have to put Clutch in to start. Automatic Transmission should have to put or have in Neutral. We had one do the same thing though the door. Old school we always shake the stick to make sure it’s in neutral. The lord was watching every one. It wasn’t all the way up. You guys always push Safety. ❤
Praise The Lord Brother!!!! He will Never Leave Nor Forsake You He IS the Way Thruth and Life. Father God we thank Praise you and Love You in your Sons Holy Name Amen.
My first instinct is to ALWAYS check that gear lever and verify neutral is where the transmission is at, but the clutch should have had to have been pressed in. Thank God no one was injured, you have been blessed several times this week!
Omg justin thank the good lord above that the lord was looking out for everyone involved my oh my please please take some time to be with your family and realize how fortunate you are. God bless you and your family and workers.
Wheel chocks for any truck being serviced is the standard where I'm from. Leaving a truck in gear for any service that doesn't require it is a writeup as well. This situation is exactly why both of those rules are in place by our government regulator.
Thank you, brother. I don't know you but I love you as a brother of God. Thank God, everything is okay. Take care, my friend. I'm praying for all of you guys. You're a good man. And you have a wonderful family.Thank you again
im going thru round 2 of covid and just when i think my life sucks this video appears.prayers 2 everyone at fc and 2 ur entire family justin.hope all is well.sad 2 c the red pete like it is.was a sweet truck im just glad the driver was ok.oh 4 those of u who dont believe in angels u just watched 1 one camera.
Glad everybody’s ok… I red tag all out of service trucks in the shop. I also use the club on the steering wheels with one key with the shop boss and the other with the mechanic working on the unit. At the end of the day key is put into lock box over night. Any time we start a vehicle we are required to have clutch pedal pushed down. We had similar issues with guys making mistakes. We do tool box talk every Monday morning about procedures so guys don’t forget.
We're his when he wants us. Takes faith and maturity to step back take a look and see your blessings. I hope you had a similar conversation with your son. Dig what you do sir.
Praise the Lord everyone is OK after all that! God is good!! Keep pressing forward and serving Him! Great message to take to heart...God has a reason for everything!
You’re a good man, Justin. That’s a lot to deal with one week. Looks like you handled it correctly. Ain’t no sense in blowing up at people. Put guidelines in place so that doesn’t happen again. You sound like an awesome man to work for. I’m glad your son‘s OK like you say, all this could’ve turned out way worse. God bless you, my brother.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Hey Justin thank God everyone walked away from it all and you are correct no matter how bad you have it there is someone else worse off!! You do a good job of picking your self up and dusting your self off hold your head up!!!
I pray for my family and everyone else in the world every day ..I like to think it may help in some small way..God bless you and your family and employees...
I spent 12 years working and flying in UH-60s. Accidents happen in the hangar. Some are so infrequent that adding something like wheel chocks would cause other issues. The solution. Interactive training. For everyone. A 4-6 hr day spent on everything safety wise is a good refresher for everyone and helps battle complacency. Even though only one person caused the issue you retrain everyone. We had training given by people within our own unit as well as training from outside sources and I felt like the outside sources made a bigger impact. And the most important part of the training.... A test at the end. You'd be surprised how many wrench superstars might be getting by on luck when it comes to safety. It identified other practices that needed a rethink and it WORKED. We changed some things that had been in our SOP for years. Till that point these training session were in house. The benefits of outside eyes. Glad everyone was ok in your shop.
Brother, what a 10 day run you have had, praise God everyone is ok and on the mend. Continue to lean on your faith, without you have nothing. Put at Gods feet and ask for his guidance and step back. I’m praying for you and the whole team……..love the content you put out for us viewers……chin up buddy…….
Justin god works in crazy ways! Things happen we don’t understand! Good to always see u video things that happen n not just the good ! Good to see u work with ur employees my daughter went through cancer I know what he’s going thru
Justin, I haven't commented in a while but I felt the need. First I'm glad no one was hurt. God had his hand on both of these accidents for sure. I worked for a company one time that would immediately terminate anyone who was not stepping on the clutch when the starter was activated. I watch many "farmer" RUclips video a see them open the door and hit the starter. I know it will happen sooner or later the truck is going to start and crash into something. Thanks for sharing this with us. Justin you are a stand up guy and a role model for your company and your family.
Glad to hear no one was hurt. Both the truck and shop accident could have been much worse. Hope your dad and Trevor are doing better. Hope you and your wife had a good time under the circumstances and just keep going it’s all any of us can do.
Hey Justin. Ive been watching your channel off and on for a while. I really enjoyed this one. What a great attitude and great message you had today. Its something I needed to hear. God is with us in all things good and bad. There is always someone worse off than us. Glad everyone in all cases was ok. Keep looking to God. You have the right attitude. Fortunately things are up to Him and not us. Keep the faith.
Wow You and Yours have been through some tuff stuff! We shall pray for You and Yours! However on the positive side truck 147 passed me yesterday on 90 very good operator...
I just found your channel. Since I was a kid I always wanted to drive big trucks. Went into flying airplanes instead! But still fascinated with trucks. Have a friend, former airline Capt. lost his medical. Now drives a big rig. First video of yours I watched was yesterday, Your truck rollover accident. Thank God no one was seriously injured. And on this video the accident in your shop. Involving your son. Wow! A terrible week for sure. I am inspired by your grace and calm. We all can have anger. It is human nature! But we need to maintain calm and reason to have a successful outcome! Glad to hear the employees involved are still employees. Sometimes accidents happen. Through mechanical/systems failure, or human error. We are all human. And humans make mistakes. Even the very best of us. In the airline business. Or trucking business. Mistakes can have tragic outcomes. As long as drugs, alcohol, or gross negligence were not involved, you are a good man for standing behind your drivers/maint. techs. I am sure all of the people involved in these mishaps this week were shaken up, very upset. And thankful no one was seriously injured or killed. Including themselves. As professionals operating large, heavy equipment in the sky, or on the road. Safety has to always be number one!! In the airline world, in training, we use something called the Swiss cheese model. For safety. We put in place many layers of safety. Procedures/SOP, training, regulations/oversight, systems/mechanical, weather/environmental conditions, and finally the crew/operator, and human factors. Experience, rest, fatigue. And at the very end, God often helps out when he can! All of these layers of safety are designed to catch faults or errors and prevent an accident. An accident is rarely because one layer of safety failed. It is usually because multiple layers of safety failed. And on that day, all of the holes in the "Swiss cheese" line up. Resulting in an accident. It is a pretty good safety training aid. Look it up online. Primary goal of safety obviously is to protect lives and prevent injury. But also, to prevent damage to property and expensive company assets! Prayers for you and your employees. And for sure better times to come! Thanks for sharing. Will be a regular viewer! :) Sincerely, Jim G. Reno, NV.
Thankyou for sharing and how true !!! We all make mistakes ….. it’s God love and mercy in my life that I can extend to the lives of others ……I’ll be touching on the mechanics and drivers in another video. Thanks for watching !!! And I appreciate the advice !!
One thing i would do is NO VEHICLES BEHIND / or FRONT of a lifted vehicle. glad your son is ok. MAYBE do a mandated daily SAFTY FORUM with all hands. discuss how to help and possible prevent injuries.
Great content today! We all know that the trucking industry is really rough right now, and your continued faith and glory to God is and will continue to get you through. Hearing this from you although rough for you when it happens, just helps humble me and confirm that I'm not the only one who has these trials. Thank you for your videos! God bless you and your family and staff!
Its good to hear people like you going through life's trials and still praising God! He will get you through.
As a farmer if that was my field I would be 110 percent happy with your work and the integrity you showed in this effort well done sir 🇺🇲.
Thanks 👍
Great outlook Justin. Your faith will carry you thru.
If the world had more bosses like you, everyone would love going to work each and every day!
Brother you are a good father And you're christian and a praying man

Crazy things do happen. It is always best to pause take a step back and get it figured out.
You got this

I’m am very glad that no one was hurt especially your son Justin thank God but this was a preventable accident simply because as a driver or a mechanic when getting into a truck to move it you should always check to see if the truck is in neutral and the brakes are applied b4 starting the truck.

Chocking the steer axle is better than the drives because they won't turn into projectiles if someone goes to drive away and forgets to remove them
FIRED!!

God bleas you and the team. 🙏🙏🙏
God bless you brother I’m going to keep you in my prayers

I'm still amazed the bumper survived on the red peterbilt, man, what a week for you, hope the run of bad luck is over.
Wow God is Good
That’s crazy. To god be the glory
Thankyou
