I'm also highly suspicious that this mystery man driving her car who up and conveniently disappeared keys and all when she needed a DUI alibi... He never actually existed. Especially considering "I can't drive with a broken foot" except "get that cast that's in my car, I took it off, but I need it."
So she's out at 3 AM driving her daughter around drunk. And the only time she seems to actually give two shits about her kid is after the cuffs go on.
I really wish her dad would grow a spine. I get she's his daughter and all, but dude- he's standing there trying to calm her down while she's disrespectful and lying to him and the other officers, his colleagues, and accusing them of being fake cops, they're "dumb af," and saying they're slamming her around. Then after all that incredibly bad behavior while they were patient and respectful IN FRONT OF HER DAUGHTER, "Dad, will you come pick me up?" He's "Yeah, I'll come pick you up."
Let her spend some time in a holding cell. It seems like it's the first time in her life she'd actually meet with any consequences.

Thank you very much. My child had authority problems. Her parents (me) couldn't co-parent and she thought she could run to Daddy no matter what. Well I had a very private and personal talk with her. She changed her ATTITUDE after that. She ran away from Daddy and got mixed up with the worst criminals. A home invasion and refusing to cooperate with the District Attorney got her 6yrs in prison. 5yrs of probation. They set an example with her. Now she's the sweet remorseful lovely lady she was meant to be. A cautionary tale. They love and need firm and loving discipline. Love your kids. One note. Dr. Phil helped me see the truth and the way.

There are WAY too many adults in this world who have the mentality of a 10-year-old kid. Nothing but excuses, "I didn't do anything," and playing the victim. Making up a story about a guy who's name you didn't know, who for some reason was driving your car, parked it, and just walked away mysteriously is something that a kid -- and not a particularly bright kid -- would come up with to get out of trouble. Absolutely! The entitlement that too many people seem to have now days is pathetic. And that’s all ages unfortunately. I remember when I was a kid back and I always assumed adults knew everything.. once I hit 30, I realized that we NEVER will know everything and that age really is just a number. I’ve seen 15 year olds act more reasonable and respectful than some 60 year olds. Experience, responsibility for your own actions, learning from your mistakes, and being humble enough to admit your wrong is what makes an adult grown in my opinion. There are way too many “aged children” (as I like to call them) out here acting like the world owes them what they want now days and they most definitely NEED to be humbled.

I disagree. I’ve been through a pretrial diversion program and you have to take mandatory classes a few times a week (and pay for them), plus take random drug and alcohol tests. She obviously complied with all of that or the prosecutor would have brought back the charges. She deserves a second chance

Her dad is respected, so they get special treatment. You'd think they would realize everyone going to jail is someone's family member though and everyone should be treated equally, unless their have no soul of course.

They didn’t tell me you were coming, said the girl they told multiple times that her dad was on his way. I think her dad knew she was lying. No matter how hard a parent tries there are just some kids who turn out bad because of their own mental health. Once she turned 18 there isn’t a lot that her parents can do except be there for their granddaughter. She said to check her 💩 and they would know what she was about. She probably has had multiple encounters with police, hence why she lives out of her father’s jurisdiction. CPS might get involved at some point and place her daughter with her parents, if the kid is lucky.

My Daddy was a cop. I was an absolute Daddy's girl and I can't imagine embarrassing him like this but I also can't imagine him babying me if I was behaving like this. He wouldn't console me or come bail me out of jail. He may have shown up at the scene but he would've been stern, told me to shut up and act like I'd had some home training.
