If want a truly great book to learn Dimension, purchase Adobe Dimension Classroom in a Book (2020 release) 1st Edition by Keith Gilbert (Author) Also, to be inspired and maybe some help, this Facebook group is the best and members are outstanding: facebook.com/groups/dnenthusiasts/ Another great resource, although not dedicated to just Dimension is the adobe Max session from 2019: 2019.max.adobe.com/sessions/max-online/#29505 And be sure to google Adobe Max 2020 and register for FREE for all the Max sessions! Last but not least, the Dimension portal on Adobe Behance: www.behance.net/galleries/dimension Also, remember Dimension does not at this time allow any creating of 3d objects from scratch...which I feel is great, as there are so many places to get models, and the program is bogged down with all the coding overhead that would be needed...It truly is a 3D Designer tool, not necessarily a 3D GURU program Hope this helps!
Hi Dansky. So Im super duper new in AD and one thing bugs the sh out of me...:-D. How can I change the anchor point of a plane, cube ect so I can place an object and simply drag it from there and not from the middle of the object.? I hope my question made sense. Love your video and your form of presentation. So positive :-)
If you the Creative Cloud, Open After Effects and then go to the File menu and Create Maxon Cinema 4d file. Then you to import a 3d object from Dimension and then search RUclips for setting up 'keyframes' to create animate movement. Be aware there is a learning curve involved.

But can you dimension? This is a very important tool. So surprised rendering programs don’t have one.

i mean there is no basic shapes assets
You can switch back from 'Libraries' to 'Starter Assets' in the top-left corner, and they should be listed there.
