I live just up the road in Prenton, and although an Everton fan its great to see Tranmere seems to be being run so well these days too. The Peter Johnson era of cronyism and shady business people looking after their own compared to now with both clubs working for the local community gives real hope for the future of the area in my opinion.
Hope they at least get some sort of playoffs as a chance to avoid relegation.

Since Mark and Nicola Palios have come to our club, we have witnessed a great change and we are lucky to have them as our owners. :) SWA

I remember when Tranmere were a division below what is now called the Premiership. I dont support them but I have stood in the cow shed and cheered them on.
Good luck to them. I hope they do well and stay afloat. That part of the world (Birkenhead) needs a strong football club to help the local economy.
There isn't much to keep the local youth engaged and out of trouble. A football club doing good projects within the community always helps.
So Liverpool and Everton if you haven't already helped, surely you can help.
    From an LFC supporter.

Wimbledon fan here - genuinely gutted for you lot! A really cruel way to go down. We got lucky for sure. Wish you a speedy promotion back up to L1 where hopefully we can welcome you to the New Plough Lane!

The fact of the matter is that a lot of football clubs will go bankrupt and have to fold in a few years time.

Employ a manager who has a positive Win, Win forward/ attitude - not a bumbling 'settle for a one nil' win with a packed defence and a massive squad of over rated players (i.e. NOT Mr M Mellon - who cannot seemingly get along with decent forwards who score - an obvious problem), the fans all know what is wanted, Goals, exciting football, Goals with attacking play, Mr Mellon you do not fit this profile, bring back Dawes & Parkinson). What happened to the Email from the EFL Chairman Rick Parry to other clubs around Tranmere ?, what nasty dirt did that contain ?? Legal Blackmail ???

So you make the matinence man redundant but keep your community and international liaison there🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️this is why the smaller clubs struggle, a lot of unnecessary costs that have nothing to do with the actual game
