I gotta side with Bailey for wanting to care for Owen. Charlie did a great job raising him from the time he was an infant, but Bailey knew Charlie wouldn't be able to do much for Owen as he had a new child he brought in the world. All Bailey wanted a shot on being the provider to care for his baby brother and I can't be mad at him for wanting to step up the plate being the responsible adult he has finally turned into.
