Julia was so young.
My familly has been affected by not one, but two drunk drivers. Because of one drunk driver, I never had the chance to meet my Uncle Don. And becasue of another drunk driver, two of my cousins have lifelong injuries ... and they lost their maternal grandmother. So I know, all too well, the pain drunk driving can bring. I will never, for the life of me, understand how someone can be so stupid and selfish as to drink and then get behind the wheel. If given the opportunity, I don't think I would grant either driver the luxury of a face-to-face meeting.

This reminds me of Kevin Tunell!! A young boy who killed an innocent victim and he regrets it for the rest of his life just like that man!!! So sad!!😣😣😣
