@@Prad2007 i thought for sure you misspoke/mistyped, but no, you are correct, that grill costs as much as my last car, plus enough left over for 3 more!!
K750 FREESTANDING GAUCHO GRILL STARTING AT $27,195 USD ......I watch these to see how rich people cook and eat. I'm going to go microwave my TV dinner now.
Very funny situation we have with lamb. Where do I live (America) is a very underrated meat. There’s very low demand of lamb meat comparing with pork, chicken or red meat. Then you go Spain, UK, Australia, etc and its a luxury to eat lamb. I love the taste and versatility of this meat.
Does this look right? 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 Soy Sauce 2 TBS Olive Oil 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard 1/4 Chinese Mustard 3 TBS Chopped Garlic 2 TBS Chopped Ginger 1 Lemon Juiced and the zest
I tried this but used 1/2 c Worcestershire and 1/2 cup soy and 1/4 cup oil. Your portions seem ok though. My lamb cooked a little quicker on my 22” Weber grill. Around an hour max.
most people who dislike lamb must've had some really crumby lamb as kids, maybe mutton. I was cooking lamb in the firehouse one day when one of the guys walked into the kitchen, smelled it roasting, started gagging and fled from the kitchen. poor bastard
Looks delicious but I wanne add something, if you are in South Africa but you call up first the terrorist who invaded South Africa and call up South Africa as last the tasting of the meat lost his flavor
I have a pretty good idea where that horrible mint jelly tradition came from - the lamb was shite years ago. had to have something to mask the bad taste
Lamb is very underrated in America. Glad to see this.
Raichlen + Kalamazoo = Pure Perfection
I like how he talks to us as though we just have a Kalamazoo gaucho grill in our backyard to throw meat on!
Lucky these are all provided for his show. That grill is over $30,000.

Do you make a stew/soup with the shanks and bones???
Is that a real scenery behind you can't believe my eyes!!

Hi I m from belgium, what it this location? The landscape is beautyfull. Thanks.
Frouch Itude on a golf course in the Southwest
Palm Springs California. I also think the scenery is awesome.
Does anybody think this guy is Mark ruffalo's real dad.
Did he film this on location from heaven?
It is filmed in Colorado spring in the Broadmoor resort
I believe this is palm springs. Colorado springs doesn't look like that. No palms there.
“Season with course sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.” Every time.
😂 so true
Ok, I admit, that grill is the Mercedes of grills but his recipe is just!
I would try the glaze while the leg is roasting, but I wouldn't spoon it onto my plate to dip. you'd be hiding the taste of lamb
Very nice indeed !!

I wish I could afford that $30,000 dollar grill. lol
Does this look right?
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Soy Sauce
2 TBS Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 Chinese Mustard
3 TBS Chopped Garlic
2 TBS Chopped Ginger

instead of inserting a branch of rosemary i insert 3 one hundred dollar bills. perfect mouth feel and excellent salt content
Why didn't he let it rest? Was it over cooked?
Nothing about that looks overcooked to me. My guess is that they were in a time crunch somehow, or maybe he just wanted to spice things up.
I checked the temp and it read 132?
Its not BBQ...BBQ is a flavour of a sauce...In SA we BRAAI !

So they cook Chinese style lamb in Capetown? Maybe the chef there was Chinese.
Haha Cape Town lamb! Never heard of it. He's confusing it with the beautiful tasting Karoo lamb.
20k for a grill goddamn
Unless you own a food service or restaurant, it’s not worth it really.
Go for an indirect heat using a kettle grill. Sponsor are just that, sponsors. But the recipes he does have never disappointed me.
press the garlic and ginger a little deeper.
What will happen to the rest of the lamb ? You took just one bite .. Ikkkkk
So that's why most people eat lamb meat ......
Looks delicious but I wanne add something, if you are in South Africa but you call up first the terrorist who invaded South Africa and call up South Africa as last the tasting of the meat lost his flavor

Distant human ancestors would be human

Yeah so relatable... I totally will go buy a 40,000 dollar grill tomorrow. This is why I don't respect Stephen.
Enough of Hee Haw
