Yes and Yes, I tried using holy and fire even change my accessories to fire but it cant beat my water build set up.

You need to be very lucky on opening s and star runes to get the 2nd line of all his runes. to get passive 7/7

Water element damage beat all modifier dmg increase sir?

I guess for Fenrir, i pumped on Water dmg increase due to his skills and kit benefit from it.
Also theres a rune where monster takes more water damage.,

No sorry there are some equips like my video increase elemental dmg, especially on accessories and armor

@@ugandaknuckles590 Answer to this is Yes, if you have alot of depo it benefits any class.
But sometimes the effectiveness of your class depends on the gears and cards it makes a big factor on over all dps
