Sage vs monks and stalkers is kinda easy. Things get messy against High Wizards, Paladins, Snipers, etc.
Played RO for over 10 years and never got killed by a bolter a Sage, ever. There are just too many ways to obliterate a sage. One stone curse and you are basically dead. There are no potions to prevent this 😅. Even if you swap to evil druid armor, once you are cursed you will become petrified.
I believe you can even become petrified under pneuma and since snipers have longer range, once petrified they can trap you and move you away from pneuma.
I won a pvp tournament with a priest and with some tricky cards and status effects I beated every single sage. The only sages I feared where those who used Lighting bolt. Fire or cold bolt ones were ez pz.
