Castro is wonderful for healing of post menopause lady parts. It has been amazing for me. But also… my OBYGN told me to use organic coconut oil during intimacy with my husband. It is a game changer. We use it liberally and it does not stain the sheets or bedding. We not only use it intimately but it is also wonderful for massage. . It’s a thinner oil and not sticky. Castor oil is wonderful for healing and strengthening thin skin in lady parts and organic coconut oil is wonderful for intimacy. I wish I knew about it sooner!

Some women should be careful of using coconut oil for intimacy because coconut oil is highly alkaline while the natural PH of the vagina is acidic. Yeast infections can plague some women while others have no problems.

Castor oil has gotten rid of all my warty like skin tags etc. Did not happen overnight. 1 month and I was so surprised. Don’t like the smell of CO, but it works to keep my regular (BM). Rub 2 drops in my bellybutton and wait a day. For someone who has had chronic constipation all her adult life, this is such a relief. I’m 84, and still looking for better ways. Why not? This is awesome! I used castor oil to rid myself of 2 different cysts....one in my ovarian tube & the other on my breast. It worked both times & the breast one saved me a surgery (they wanted to do a biopsy, but I got the cyst to disappear before the surgery!). You can RUclips the procedure to find different ways of doing that if you're interested. I've also used it as a liver "cleanse," to help a sluggish liver. Since I've grown older, I do use it on my face, but have never tried it on my delicate parts. I will certainly try that! Thank you!

Thank you for your tips on Castor oil, especially for the important female parts LOL. I, like you, went into menopause in my early 40s, at 44 years old. From hysterectomy. So like yourself I still wanted to be intimate, as I’m married forever lol & these are the he things that I discovered that changed my life around. I did a lot of study on how to relubricate the vagina and this is what I take with tremendous results , again not costly:
Every morning I take 2 teaspoons of flax seed oil, extra-virgin organic etc. It stores in the fridge
Each morning & night I take 3 Slippery Elm (6/day)
    2 Seabuckthorn capsules daily
You have to drink plenty of water, the Slippery Elm works with mucous membrane’s, which I did not know Our vagina was. My gosh I cannot believe how intimacy went from
Painful back to enjoyable. I have told so many ladies this one, and also shared with my health food store. I’d been using Gynatroph for internal lubricant which was still painful during intimacy Things are good now, I will add Castor oil as I’m using that daily on my skin and face now. Thanks and good luck with everything!

I'm almost 71 and new to castor oil. It has helped me so much. I've had problems with being able to go to the bathroom all my life. I've resorted to lots of magnesium oxide to have any semblance of regularity for years. Recently I broke down and bought some cold pressed organic hexane free castor oil. I use The Queen of the Thrones bc it's gluten-free as well and I'm extremely allergic to gluten. I put it in my belly button at night in bed and rub it into my abdomen and I have no problem with regularity anymore. I'm so grateful to have realized this benefit of castor oil. I also use it on my face and neck and it has made a great difference in the texture of my skin. Also, I encouraged my friend to apply it to some recently biopsied cancerous spots on her back that previously looked so scary and they are now completely healed. She has canceled her surgery appointments for them. Castor oil is definitely a Godsend. I don't have the VA problem so I can't speak to that.

I also heard that it was good for cysts because it is the most penetrating oil, it works well with other things that you mentioned. I tripped on a stool beside my bed 2 years ago & fell against the window frame & broke my nose. I was flying out the next day for a trip. I put castor oil on a bandage and put in on my bruised, swollen, tender nose when I went to bed. The next morning the pain was completely gone! The redness & inflammation was gone & it did not leave a scar. I told my nephew who had broken his toe, and it had been red & swollen & in pain for a week. He wrapped his toe in a paper towel soaked in castor oil. In just a couple of hours, the redness was gone & the swelling had gone away. It is wonderful stuff for just about whatever ails you! Love your video. Thanks for "keeping it real". To apply it to your lady parts you can make your own suppository. Simply use a dropper to fill an empty gel cap and insert it. You will use less product, experience less drainage (though there is still drainage) and experience the same great benefits. I also use vitamin E capsules as suppositories.

Been using it for three months on my face at night. Also a little on my knees, arms and feet. The last spot I apply it is under my ribs on my right side, it helps cleanse toxins from the liver. They say.
So far my face is looking a tiny bit supple, but nothing too noticeable. My lashes and brows are the same. But I believe my vision is better. I don't use my reading glasses much anymore. My hands do look a little younger. I'll give it more time.
Thanks for this new knowledge that it's okay to put it down up in there.

Love the info - think it's great but would suggest a caveat: It's best not ever to use castor oil with synthetic products of any sort. It's fine with 100% cotton. So, regular Tampons, not so much. The cute pink night cap - probably not that either. This is because castor oil is a carrier. It will bond with the molecules it comes in contact with and carry them into your skin. So, stick to 100% organic cotton tampons and I'm sure someone on Amazon sells cute cotton night caps too. This is in no way a criticism - I simply thought I should say something. Thanks for all the good info. I appreciate it.

I was a skeptic. But castor oil is for real! It's an excellent moisturizer, works great "below the belt", helped heal my planter fasciitis, and because it goes deeper into the skin than other creams it can be used to help transport other creams deep into where they will do the most good. I mixed it with cayenne pepper to treat a badly infected spider bite. The infection was growing worse regardless of my trying to clean it. I was at the point of needing to go to the doctor. I hate going to the doctor, so I set my skepticism aside and tried caster oil and cayenne pepper. I made a paste of cayenne pepper and caster oil. I put the paste on the bite and covered it with a band aide. I repeated the treatment every other day. Within 1 day I could feel some relief and within a week I could visibly see that the infection had gone down. The science of it is that caster oil is able to go very deep into your skin so it carries the germ fighting benefits of the cayenne pepper through the skin layers into the infection.

Hi I recently started using castor oil. I use it on my face and next morning my skin looks plump, but it doesn't last all day. I also used it on my shoulder that I injured when I fell a few months ago and I have to have surgery, but really helped me with my pain. I have also used it on two warts each day and on two millia on my face, they softened and got smaller but haven't gone away. I put a small amount in my belly button using a qtip and it really helps with some pretty bad hip pain I have that at times has been debilitating. Ok, after my mastectomy and reconstruction surgery I was using aloe gel, heavy moisturizers and coconut oil on my scars because they were irritating. They did help but I started using castor oil (after much research) on them and my surgeon was suprised at how well I was healing. The irritation was reduced considerably.
On one breast I later developed a lump near an incision, I used the castor oil and the lump (was scar tissue) was reduced in two days. I used it to heals everything that appears on my skin from head to toe. It does penetrate.
After my last surgery I was constipated for 8 weeks because of the anesthesia. I used a pack on my liver and belly button and it worked.
My four year old grandaughter broke out with 3 skin conditions on her thighs, I put the castor oil on the rash right away, my daughter put more on later that evening and the breakouts were calmed down and did not hurt.
Do the research and give it a try.

My husband and I have been using castor oil as lube( dryness gone) but the main reason we used it was because after my hysterectomy 2 years after, I developed a lump in vaginal canal, so being as I use castor oil anyway we thought we’d use it internally. My lump is gone after 3 months of using castor oil.
I am not a pharma person anyway. I’m most all natural but def no doctors for me. Went through a hysterectomy that I didn’t need to have.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Castor oil was one of the only products we could afford back in the day as African people. For us the Boesman people it's a daily use and still has been our best product. We use it for our hair , skin conditions ,wounds , to clean our stomachs, massages etc but i never knew i can also use it for my private parts . It shows that we never know enough , we learn until we die. You are blessed ❤

We do learn until we die. My grandmother and grandfathers did not have money either. I have been blessed but they grew up very poor. They learned to use a lot of natural products for warts and other conditions. My grandmother even had so many uses for polstices. Some helped, some didn’t. She used ginger a lot and potato slices and things that drew out toxins, but oddly she never taught me about castor oil!

I am using castor oil for a few things and it has worked. I've used it for knee pain, back pain. It helps with inflammation. I have arthritis in my knee and was shocked when I used it cause the pain was gone for about 3 days. I use it as I need to. Also for chronic dry eyes; mix with my moisturizer for deep moisturizing especially in the winter. I've used it for constipation from medication and to help get regular. That was a one time thing and I used it topically. Works on lots of things ❤

This is amazing stuff. I started using it for constipation due to a new medication. I DID NOT want to take another pill and I recalled Gramas old remedy. So, I started taking a small spoonful…like 1/2 teaspoon. Helped the potty problem. Yeah! After about 2 weeks I realized my back, knees & hips were not aching….hum …could figure out what I’d done different then realized it must be the oil.so I started reading about it and discovered it’s anti inflammatory properties. Wow can’t believe how good my 70 year old body feels. Then I put a small amount in a bottle in my car. It has a brush like nail polish. Whenever I get in the car I slather it on my nails. In about a month my nails and cuticles are looking awesome & healthy . This is good stuff!

Just came across your video. I'm going to try this for vaginal area. My doctor has prescribed me estradiol, but he was very hesitant because I've had cancer, and he says it the type of cancer that can come back. He only allows me 2 tubes per year. So, I think a little castor oil won't hurt in between. Thank you for putting it out there. God Bless you for what you are doing.

I’m so sorry for what you are facing. If you take a half finger of that estradiol and insert it every 2 weeks or so and rub a little bit on your finger into the tissue every week ( like a tiny bit) you can supplement with the castor oil mixed with coconut oil but I am no longer using a tampon. I am soaking a cotton liner ( I can link it) from a castor oil pack, I’m folding it in half and placing it between the 2 sides of your lady part. I would also highly recommend the v magic for keeping the area from getting red, cracked, painful. My email is monabagot1@gmail.com I am happy to share my phone number. I am not having anymore pain. I just found your channel. I have been using castor oil for the last 5 months. I am mildly incontinent and let me tell you it works great for the skin health down there. It has seemed to help with yeast and as a moisture barrier before bed. It has worked great for my dry eyes, thickens my lashes (I had a spot on my bottom lash that never grew well. It is growing now), and my eyebrows are thicker. I recently cut my face while plucking my eyebrows, I keep caster oil on it, no scar, and it healed in 3 days. You don’t have to ask a doctor about using anything natural, they’re very unlikely to recommend or think anything but pHARMakeia can help. Just research natural things on your own and use what works for you. Stay out of dr offices as much as possible. There’s really very little to no need for them.

Hi Dear Mona. This was so very interesting as I can join the club of Ladies here who suffer. I will try as any expensive creams are out of our budget. When I was on my last yearly check up I screamed in pain when nurse performed pap smear and that is when I knew for sure things have changed drastically in my 57 year old body. Nobody prepares us for this, I am now trying to educate myself on all the changes and it takes a lots of acceptance. But we do not have a choice, life goes on and we have to find ways. I started using the castor oil because someone said that it would help with eye Floaters and I had plantars fasciitis. I started rubbing it on my feet just for moisture because my feet are dry and I didn’t realize it had been over a month and all of a sudden I noticed it wasn’t complaining about my feet. I wasn’t hobbling when I walked it had just stopped, and I hadn’t realized that it stopped. So I can testify that it does cure plantars fasciitis. My husband has issues with the tendons in his hand. I massage the oil into his hands, which has helped him tremendously. And just by putting the castor oil on my eyes for the floaters, my eyelashes have grown. I never had a problem with them before, but they’re thicker and so are my eyebrows, which was not something I was looking for, but that has helped.

The foals may be sold at auction, sent to rescues, or made unalive.

For scars (I am a massage therapist) used no lubrication and use downward pressure and rub across the scar moving tissues over each other for 5 or so minutes. Then most importantly, take an ice cube and rub over the scar in circles. This realigns the collogen fibers to lay smoothly. Do this for a couple minutes. Then use lavander, vitamin E and caster oil topically.

Castor oil & "mewing"( a whole other topic) have been my favorite discoveries this year~ both amazing, both multiple benefits. I also highly recommend the same Heritage brand, & love that it's also reasonably priced for the quality~ which is top notch, imho.
Yes~ it's true re the vaginal lubrication/atrophy, & we should discuss it as it's truly important in life! Good on you for bringing it up. Love the tips provided here, especially the massage idea, hadn't thought about that for increasing blood supply~ great idea.
I do love how much better I sleep with a castor oil pack over my liver area. Also use it straight on my feet & heels, but mix it w/jojoba oil for moisturizing the rest of my body & my face. Jojoba oil is one of the only carrier oils w/small enough molecules to penetrate more deeply into the derma layers. It also mitigates some of the stickiness of castor oil. In addition, jojoba will help any other actives (tretinoin, Vit C, etc) reach deeper into the skin.

Samantha in AZ so nice to meet you too! My favorite thing about RUclips is building a community of women. No matter the topic of my video, it’s so nice to build friendships and support in the comments. I was away for a year and need to rebuild that again. I could be doing a video about an eyeshadow palette but the ladies would be checking in on each other in the comments, building genuine friendships despite the online nature. I love being able to have really, honest dialogue with women who have all their own life experiences and we can share our experiences and support each other! Hugs, my new friend, Mona!

Thank you! That means a lot! We are all going to age! We choose the way we age. We can cry over the changes or we can band together and figure out ways to overcome and get through the challenges and share in the joys! I hope you stay and feel free to suggest video topics that interest you 💕
