I have an H2, I don’t need another inline 4 (got too many, was considering the bmw), I need that V4 joint! Thank you for making this vid brother! Great stuff
I've owned mine for almost a year and haven't been over 130, Mezz hit 140 after hitting the on ramp. I leave it in Sport with everything on 2 or the middle and it feels like I can't hang on when I pin the throttle back.
Thanks for the video review, that was some insane speed! I'm curious though... This particular bike has the Akrapovic full system (underbelly ver.) and that comes with an upmap specifically for this. When you turn the key you can see it says "Racing Evo" which means its been flashed with said upmap. Now, I'm wondering if the bike still runs on 2 cylinders in Neutral to reduce heat, can you please tell me or ask your friend if it still does this with the flash? Mine does it in stock trim and I don't want to lose that functionality. Many thanks! Did you notice the bike sounded louder and deeper as soon as you shifted up into 1st? MANY THANKS
@@jasonpatterson2143 I’ve been riding the bike in stock form and with the Akrapovic full system for quite some time now. Basically the stock exhaust baffles are doing a lot more to quiet the bike in neutral if I recall correctly. With the Akra, the bike seems to warm up on all 4 to a point where it idles on 2 I think. It doesn’t change in loudness or tone much at all when on 2 cylinders. It seems to switch to 2 when it’s hot enough and you’re in neutral, or fully engaging the clutch in 1st. As soon as you release the slightest bit of clutch in 1st, it seems to switch to 4 cylinders. I’d have to do a laser heat test to be sure though.
As a new owner to this bike I gotta day it's definitely unlike anything you have ever been on short of having the luck of riding a gp bike my 22 rav4 factory is awesome my 22 s1000rr is amazing this is another level but the heat she puts pit would cook some spaghetti just fine

Seems stupid to me, Ducati's electronic suite was developed over time to be the most comprehensive riding support system any brand has ever implemented on a bike. Still the only brand who has map by gear. Turning them off doesn't make you a good rider or give you any clout. That's like disabling the airbags in your car to prove you're a good driver, its natural-selection type of stupid.
How height are u sir?? I'm 5,8 a typical Asian man , if i match sit on that's 22' Panigale v4s? That's my dream bike but i'm not confidence with my height 🥲

I’ve had both zx10r 2009 and each gen of v4 and the duc is definitely big enough, I’m 6,4 210lb. The ducs are more comfy than the aggressive zx10r geometry I felt.
Bone stock right off the floor without a flash, absolutely NOTHING will touch these ducati's. Sweet things in life cost $$$, I can feel it when I hop on a bmw s1000rr, worth the money in my opinion. You want to start out with the best racing platform and build it from there, gsxr is proving to be hard to beat, just SO much great aftermarket stuff for it and busa.
How you gonna ride with no electronics on when you got 2 inch wide chicken strips on your other bike? Lol I guess if you ride on a straight line, you don't need electronics.

Well, I don’t want to sound negative but I missed some cornering action especially after indicating riding it without electronic support. As far as I’m aware Ducati is very proud of their achievements in the electronics support. Shutting all aids off is nice if You want to asses frame and engine dynamics because handling issues can be disguised with electronics intervention. Drive safe, amazing bike and video quality.
I got 23 v4 it homicidal bike i feel excitement evry time i ride it . Not s 1000rr not zx 10r didn't give me that feeling. Plus i don't like the look of aprilia rsv4 1100 nether honda 😅

I was curious about this also. My 1199 then 1299 were un-rideable in any kind of traffic if it was in the 80's or higher.
