I forgot. I started this journey with you. I had never done Pilates before this January. I haven’t become a member as I haven’t made this a habit yet but have reached a point that when I miss a day I feel sad about it. I’m almost there and think I’ll get the ‘on demand’ subscription. Thanks for adding that option!
Loved this video, it felt like talking with a friend!❤️ Your channel has really helped me with pilates, I started a few weeks ago and was struggling to find a channel that fits. I like that your videos are really fun and you'll sometimes just chat about something completely random because it makes working out fun! Also I love that you have many different types of movements because it's really hard to stay in one position for a super long time!
Yes, often they are not certified! I am careful about that. Also, some are these Instagram perfect bodies with clickbait photos and titles-like 2 weeks to a snatched waist. So weary of them.
Spot on. In fact, when I read the heading to this video, the first word that popped in my mind was consistency. That word fits with most things we’re trying to achieve. And all the other things you said, good advice. Inconsistency and purely being a sloth (and sick in Dec/Jan) got me off my game…just starting to get more focused and back to consistency again…with my Pilates practice and all exercise. Tks for all your videos. Btw…off topic…can I ask what brow gel/pen you were using. Funny but I had just placed an order for some I bought last year, but interested in one that has color and clear in one. Tks!! :)
Hi,I have been doing your beginners plan on RUclips. I do have a weak core and the back pain. Have been doing yours for 3 weeks now and still suffer a bit from back, what is going wrong with me? I also do RUclips with Girl with Pilates Mat.
It's really difficult for me to give you advice when I can't see you!! Keep practicing & you will start to see things improve, 3 weeks really isn't enough time to see huge improvements!! Keep going!!
think about results outside the perspective of just weight loss - have you gotten stronger, can you do more challenging exercises, has your posture improved, has your energy improved? and take a look at everything else going on in your life - 6 days a week is a lot for any kind of exercise routine, your body might be a little bit stressed! Just some things to think about!

Anytime something says 2 week transformation, snatched waist, etc HUGE RED FLAG!!!

I’ve been doing Pilates for 5 months, 6 days a week, with a certified instructor. No results at all. I’m tired 😢
