Japan’s first official Nintendo store is located in Shibuya Parco. Here’s where you can pick up all the coolest Nintendo swag, from Mario-themed cushions to Animal Crossing bento boxes.
Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Sonic the Hedgehog, Animal Crossing - these iconic games and their numerous sequels have won the hearts of millions worldwide. We don’t know why it took so long, but Japan finally has an official Nintendo store selling Nintendo merchandise, and it’s located in Shibuya Parco shopping complex. Fittingly, it’s located in ‘Shibuya Cyberspace,’ the 6th floor pop culture hub also housing the Pokemon Centre.

Hii great video! I’m going there next week, but do you get a ticket in front of the Nintendo store and wait till you can go inside?

Hi Sylvana! Thank you for watching my video and for giving such positive feedback! I really appreciate it. With regards to your query, a staff of Nintendo distributes free tickets just outside the door a few steps away from the store itself. You will see signs there pointing to the exact location. Depending on the day and time you are there, if the store is not too crowded, you will be given a ticket for the current time. You can then already go inside the store. If you go on a weekend though, like what I did, waiting time would be around 30mins or so.
I hope I was able to answer your query and help you in my own small way. In case you haven't, I hope you can also consider subscribing to my channel for more useful travel videos. Thanks again! Enjoy your time inside the Nintendo store! 😊
