    I like your cooking style. There’s a lot of vegetable varieties, and fish so healthy. The vegetables aren’t just a boring side dish, they are flavoured and main part of the meals. Everything is so balanced.

      Haha! I love my food and I do eat a normal portion enough for my body. I truly believe if you eat a well balanced diet, you don't have to under eat.

    1. You added a lot of vegetables.
    2. You added vegetables with different colors
    3. Cooking time is very short as a result the Vitamins are protected.
    4. You added some raw vegetables to your dish

    Steamed fish recipe is absolutely delicious 😍 I've made it at least three times already and has become easily in one of my favorite recipes for cooking fish.

    I actually just made up those egg muffins. They are great! I’ll definitely make them again. I was a bit skeptical because tuna and eggs don’t sound the best together but it was pretty good. I did spinach and tomato with the tuna.

      In the finished picture of the dinner there is a bowl of rice and in the description it does say total calories for the dinner meal including one bowl of white rice is 500 calories so probably

    Tuna is wayyyy too high in mercury. I'd substitute it with sardines. Learned this recently.

      I think tuna protein still higher than sardines? But for the mercury I never knew it before, thanks for the info

      @@nrgltwrkr2225 I heard three times per week is too much, maybe three times every two months would be better. Some people are of the opinion that if a pregnant woman shouldn't eat it that nobody should really ever be eating it that often. But of course it's a personal choice and what works best for you. 😊

    I've been following u for so long and able to lost 16 kgs ❤️
    But unfortunately I had an accident two years b4 and now m suffering from coccydynia so I can't follow ur workouts due to which I'm gradually gaining weight.
    Can you please guide some relevant workouts for coccydynia which helps to reduce pain, strengthen bones and lose some fat at the same time ??
