I haven’t made sinigang in years. I love using pork with some bone. Love the veggies in there. Thanks for making a classic Filipino dish! Babe pronounced it perfectly!
Goodness me! Can't believe my eyes seeing Chef Andy and Abby from Lumpia Queen together. Kept watching this over and over again. Please make more videos together. You both made my day.
Thank you Andy for bringing in one of my fav You tube chefs, Abby in this wholesome video. Me and my family loved amd enjoyed it a lot that we had watched it sooo many times.
Andy and Abegail what a treat to watch them both . Andy is like a big Brother to Abe. Love from Pinay In the U.S.A. And cook my all time favorite sinigang
Chefs doing collabs are so wholesome ❤ this is wat is missing today... trying to learn from others , and hving fun... no demotion, no egos . Pure fun n learning 😂

Considering Andy visited in the Philippines and Abby as well, this is quite expected. However, this is so wholesome. Thanks Andy! You're such a cultural sport. Much love from the Philippines ❤️
Yaaaaass!! Chef Andy and Babe plus Abby the lumpia queen, in one video?! We are blessed and spoiled! (Plus, my ultimate favorite filipino comfort food, pork sinigang! 🤤)
Thabks for festuring this recipe. I made this before using unripe tamarind, too...but peeled off the skin, got rid of the seeds and blitzed the pulp (that fiber's good). Still tasted damn good!
pleasantly surprising and incredibly adorable collab, it's like my favorite uncle and favorite pinsan got together to cook for lunch i wanna see so many more collabs in the future!
Andy has evolved once again and has asked for help. This is cause for celebratory eating sinigang! Still waiting on the Cantonese family style dinner for Heun Wah please chef!
It is amazing they did this out from scratch... Me, i use Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok mix Original (pre-made powder use to simulate the flavors of most of the ingredients....
So much appreciated that you started from scratch. You used the sampalok or Tamarind instead of the commercially prepared Sampalok mix from the groceries. Typically Filipino style of cooking sinigang. That was how my Mom cooked the sinigang before.
Amazing! There's a Filipino restaurant near me. Since discovering it this year I've gone thrice. The sinigang soup is a must for me. I love the sour from tamarind 🇵🇭♥️ I enjoy Bangus and pompano too. Noodles, rices!
Here we go again ," the proud pinoy" !! I am a Pinoy and I am sick and tired of seeing this all the time. This only shows that we don't have much to be proud of. Filipino pride my ass. As if the French, German , etc are not proud of their accomplishments but they don't usually say this.
@@jrexx2841 proud to see our sinigang be opened up to the rest of the world. Sinigang is so Filipino, my pride, maybe not yours, and I respect that. We don't have to be cringy about it.
Awsome cooking. My lola used to make real sinigang by pounding tamarind or sampalok then slow cook the pork until it becomes a slimy gooey consistency(maybe gabi also). No instant sinigang mix was available back then.
