This video should be the inspiration for all architectural schools around the world. It shows what the human imagination is capable of. Unfortunately most countries cannot afford to build these amazing structures due to a less than ideal economy. I have been telling my nephew studying Architecture in Toronto to learn Mandarin!

I myself live in Chengdu, which is also a big city in China, and also China has been to many places where the older generation may look poor, but actually have a lot of savings. Just because our GDP per capita is lower than theirs, it is assumed that our quality of life is low, and many people overlook the fact that all the quality products we buy will be cheap. We are the largest industrial producer in the world, so purchasing power wise it will be more affordable than many countries. Even produce, vegetables are cheap and can be delivered to your home in a matter of minutes by placing an order on your phone.

China definitely has the best looking cities that's for sure
Other than xiamen, where my family lives, one of my favorite places in china to visit or to even just look at is zhejiang hengdian. They built traditional buildings, along with ancient costumes, just for filming historical dramas there. As we know China has a long history and culture, so I'm really glad that even tho China is improving so much, they still embrace their history and culture by filming amazing Chinese dramas for people to watch and learn how people dressed, fought, and acted back then 5000 years ago. Love China so much! Keep going!
