I like how in Melee they really captured this game’s mechanics with Marth, like how he has the Falcion and his grab has the high range of the ballisticians.
Shadow Dragon was the first FE I finished. This set a bad precedent, because with each new title, I expect ballisticians to come back, and am usually dissapointed.
Balisticans are so good. It's not every game that you get siege weapons as accessible as them. There honestly broken and that's probably why they haven't come back.

Since you have neither Tiki/Falchion (it was in her inventory), you'll be sent to 24x. You get Nagi, a weaker Falchion, and then you can just resurrect Tiki with the Aum staff once Nagi has joined you to have both of them, and both Falchions.

Nah the warp staff is basically the dlc where FE characters gets into smash and people are pissed (not knowing there's like over 500+ fire emblem characters over the course of 17 games) basically the clerics are using warp staff to send thier FE Reps to smash lol

The original DS version also had an online shop, with the same restrictions. I remember DS WiFi was wack, I had to sneak onto my neighbors' less secure network just to get in. I don't think I even bought brave weapons, I just turned all my peg knights into falcoknights even though that's generally a worse promotion. :-/

I was like dammit I wanted my Draco knights with the peg knight sisters so they can join Minerva but sadly apparently I somehow got max Draco knights when the only Draco knight class or similar were like Minerva and falco knight caeda the sad part is your enemy can still use balistician but your not allowed to have any I'm like booooooo Jake and the other balisticians got screwed I should also point out fuckin palla appears on the map with a balisticians unit I'm like dammit why must palla get screwed over on a map where she should have been decent except the balistician xdd

@@blackknightjack3850 Shadow dragon isnt what comes to mind when you think "beginner fire emblem" but considering my other options I had to lend him (he only had a 3ds) it was between shadow dragon, fates and echos (awakening I own digitally). The warp staff is totally busted but it's also so much fun and since hes new he probably wont know how to use it effectively but it may save him in a pinch. It's a pretty simple entry and it does have an alright tutorial. Also the game has several measures to help people if they are running low on units. I think it's a decent pick for someone overall.

This one, Thracia and Gaiden. Absolutely insane warp staves. And this one throws so many at you, with 7 uses and even a very early Hammerne. What a riot. Although the Thracia Thief staff is probably my favorite, it's just so hilarious stealing an enemy's last weapon.

New Mystery of the Emblem is one my favorite games in the series. I like having a Female Cleric Avatar, and Jaigan telling me how terrible at fighting I am. It's like...Bro, I'm a CLERIC.
You forgot to mention the fact that everytime you wanted to recruit new characters with Caeda, they either have bows that would kill her, or those characters are just surrounded by units that just so happen to carry bows. Another honorable mention is giving Barst the devil axe as soon as you get it.

0:50 Casual reminder Ballisticians have been the most powerful unit in the entirety of Fire Emblem, even more powerful than Dark Fliers, and the second game had all the ballistas break down because the tree that made the fruit that they used for lubricant in the gears just randomly went extinct. If Lucina were actually smart she wouldn't have gone back to save Chrom, she woulda gone a thousand years earlier and cultivated that tree so every time a Shadow Dragon showed up people could just throw boulders at it until it died.
Honestly, give it a try dude. Well worth it. If you have a phone that was made after 2010, why not try emulate Fire Emblem 7 or 8? Personally, I recommend 8 as the tutorial doesn't assume you're a complete idiot, but either one is fantastic! Either way, emulation is justified as they haven't been re-released in any form got PAL or NTSC
I could very carefully plan my attack across four separate groups, in meticulous guerrilla warfare and unit management, OR I COULD USE THE GEOSPHERE, FOLLOWED BY THE FORTIFY STAFF, FOLLOWED BY THE WARP STAFF!

New Mystery of the Emblem is one my favorite games in the series. I like having a Female Cleric Avatar, and Jaigan telling me how terrible at fighting I am. It's like...Bro, I'm a CLERIC.

It's the Fire Emblem Game I really like, that not too many others like.
I love Shadow dragon. It was the first Fire emblem I played and I replay it over and over along with New mystery of the emblem
You forgot to mention the fact that everytime you wanted to recruit new characters with Caeda, they either have bows that would kill her, or those characters are just surrounded by units that just so happen to carry bows. Another honorable mention is giving Barst the devil axe as soon as you get it.

0:50 Casual reminder Ballisticians have been the most powerful unit in the entirety of Fire Emblem, even more powerful than Dark Fliers, and the second game had all the ballistas break down because the tree that made the fruit that they used for lubricant in the gears just randomly went extinct. If Lucina were actually smart she wouldn't have gone back to save Chrom, she woulda gone a thousand years earlier and cultivated that tree so every time a Shadow Dragon showed up people could just throw boulders at it until it died.

Watching this without playing a single Fire Emblem game is truly a surreal experience.
Honestly, give it a try dude. Well worth it. If you have a phone that was made after 2010, why not try emulate Fire Emblem 7 or 8? Personally, I recommend 8 as the tutorial doesn't assume you're a complete idiot, but either one is fantastic! Either way, emulation is justified as they haven't been re-released in any form got PAL or NTSC
