Narikala Fortress is an ancient fortress overlooking Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, and the Mtkvari (Kura) River. The fortress consists of two walled sections on a steep hill between the sulfur baths and the botanical gardens of Tbilisi. In this video I talk about the history that shaped the city of Tbilisi, and the wars and conflicts that Narikala's walls witnessed for the past 1700 years of existence.
