Hi Jon, great video as always. I love it when you get away from the commercials, back to nature which will always help anxiety issues, sometimes it isn’t about catching fish but being in lovely environments enjoying our surroundings.
You have a fabulous fan base who are there supporting you all the way. You keep us entertained and looking forward to more of your brilliant videos so please keep up the great work.
Maybe one day you should organise a day out where we could all get together have fun fish and chat seems your not alone 👍 take care Jon 👍

Amazing JA!!! Nothing better than walking and fishing to clear the cob webs! You are so lucky to be able to walk a stretch of water and just drop the line in, very envious!!
If you ever need to talk or keep the anxiety away, just pop on here and ask for a chat, we are all here for you!
If you ever need a lift to and from matches, just ask. I know the thought of getting to a venue in itself can sometimes be overwhelming, reach out!

Great video Jon. Lovely to see you getting out and doing some proper fishing. Just trying to catch a fish! But at the same time being out and enjoying nature. It’s great that you take us with you to enjoy the experience.
Have you thought about giving the Thrive (or similar) programmes a go? I think it would help you, and your family, deal with any anxiety issues you may have.
You are blessed with a great fishing brain. That brain basically solves fishing problems faster than most. That brain power can be put to great use. Working out why you are anxious and coming up with a logical solution. And then dealing with it.
It’s ok - to be not ok!
It’s brilliant that you talk about this. And you can tell by some of your viewer comments this affects others.
Big hug to you and anyone else suffering.
    All the best. 🐳👍

Nice mini video, really takes me back to my youth when I walked along my local canal and saw a group of tench, about the same number as your chub, but it was late April and I'm sure they were more interest in spawning than feeding, not that I could have fished for them, as it was close season. I have never seen a sight like that since, but now in my seventies it is still fresh in my memory. so thanks for jogging my memory again Jon. Cheers.

My local canal is like that when it's clear you can see the fish but not chub but with massive shoals of bream and roach and no one hardly fishes there and some of the bream and roach are massive..and the are some big carp and pike I've seen to..i fished it lock down because the toe path is the opposite side so no close contact with anyone 😊
