Hey guy's the project is looking good but you will need to re spool that winch line with a load on it. The first 8 to 10 wraps by hand then hook it up and pull the jeep running and in neutral to preload that synthetic line onto the drum. The last few wraps can be done by hand as well. PEACE

Next time when you apply the glue for the windshield put it in the oven for 5-10 min it’ll be easier to squeeze out with the gun

It all depends on what kind of urethane you are using. If it's cold applied then that's a very bad idea. And I really hope you guys cleaned/decontaminated and primed the new windshield. If you didn't I would not drive that thing until it's installed properly
J B Yea we definitely cleaned it with wax and grease remover, the glue however is just a regular windshield urethane no heat needed I guess. I’ve watched shops do it all the time. Hopefully all goes well, great advice though!
