final oscar voting began 5 days ago, 4 days after the sag award, and it ends today at 17:00 (5 pm) los angeles time, as i am commenting on this video. i'm sure sag winning results are fresh in oscar voter minds, when they go in to vote for the Oscars.
Lol…I know you didn’t mean “could I see Spielberg or Berger winning” because I can GUARANTEE Berger is not winning since he’s not nominated. Overall, good picks!
Banshees of Inisherin was ineligible for the WGA, so EEAAO did not win the WGA over Banshees, which is why I'm still predicting Banshees to take Original Screenplay (the Academy has been hesitant about giving Director and Screenplay to the same people, so if Daniels are winning Director, I don't see them winning Screenplay)... also, I think BAFTA has been a better indicator of acting wins than SAG in the last few years, mainly because SAG merged with AFTRA in 2016, so many of the people who vote at SAG are not Academy members, and there have been several upsets recently that were predicted by BAFTA (Anthony Hopkins and Frances McDormand in 2020, Olivia Colman in 2018... all the way back to Tilda Swinton in 2007), so I wouldn't dismiss the BAFTA results that easily, at least in acting categories...
I really want Turning Red to win the Oscar on Sunday. It's way cooler than the rest of the nominations for its category. If it doesn't, I'm really gonna get 😡furious. But if it wins that Oscar, it should get a sequel or a TV series. Also, I want to see some animated characters appear in this event this year. They really make the Oscars much more enjoyable to watch.
@@andyhua9939 Look. Turning Red is a beautiful, delightful and hilarious movie but GDT'S PINNOCHIO basically blows away all the competition. This movie has won the Golden Globes, Critics Choice, BAFTA, PGA, 5 Annie Awards including Best Animated Feature, ACE Eddie , 3 VES awards and the winner of over 30 critics association. Compare that to Turning Red. It received 7 Annie nominations and won nothing, got nominated for every award winning nothing. It won probably like 7 awards compared to PINNOCHIO'S 68 awards. Don't let your heart fool you dear. See ya tomorrow after Pinnochio wins.
I think Yeoh will win, due somewhat to politics. I wouldn’t be surprised if Blanchett won, but the groundswell for Yeoh seems awfully strong at the moment.
Very good predictions!
Yassss Naatu Naatu for the win!! 🔥🔥🔥
You are nuts. Austin Butler is the Best Actor. Fraser’s SAG was a sympathy award
18:00 Oh hell yeah! Naatu Naatu!
It's not Bollywood mate, it's Telugu language song (Tollywood)
I hope Fraser can best Butler despite the BAFTA winner track record. I suspect Fraser will win very narrowly.

Who do you think is going to win Supporting Actress? I’m going with Condon, though Bassett may pull it off.

I'm sorry to crush your hopes but it ain't gonna win
@Anchit Baishya 😏oh, really, you're sorry, 😡you're NOT sorry!
@@andyhua9939 Tell me you lack common sense without telling me you lack common sense.
@Anchit Baishya For those who don't think Turning Red will win, I don't believe their common sense and believe they truly want my hopes to be crushed.

Rrr NaatuNaatu
It’s a tough time if you thought EEAAO was an undisciplined, ultimately banal film.
