  • Every month, USCIS publishes the visa bulletin for the coming month. The visa bulletin is meant to guide green card applicants on when they should start the process of green card filing, which is filing I-485. The visa bulletin mentions cut-off dates for both types of green card categories: employment and family-based. We all know that the visa bulletin has two tables:
    1. Dates of filing
    2. Final action dates.
USCIS also gives directions in the visa bulletin on which table is relevant in the upcoming month. The current video discusses the differences between the tables and which tables apply to green card applicants. Prashanthi also discusses in the video which table is relevant for the July and August 2024 visa bulletin.

    Please reply me .
I want to know about my cspa age?
    Priority date: august 19,2020
    Date of birth: October 29,1999
    USCIS approval: September 19,2021
From my petition filing to petition approval, my category was current in visa bulletin.
    Although,it started changing in 2021 ..
Does visa available affect cspa , if it was current from filling to approval?
