If someone on a cap-exempt H-1B files a concurrent cap-subject petition, then he will have to wait for the cap-subject petition to go through the lottery, right? So that person can work only for the gov lab/university that has sponsored the cap-exempt H-1B until the cap-subject petition is approved

Hello Sir/Mam, 1 info? my spouse h4 EAD is going to expire… my h1b and my spouse h4 visa is not yet approved so far and as sidelines h1b, h4, h4 EAD is in progress… in this case my spouse is able to work after expiry date…? I don’t think she can work until h4 is approved but still want to double confirm. Any insight here?

Please reply my H1 was filed under masters cap but got picked under the regular cap and I won’t be finishing the requirements before June 30 th will my case holds good without a masters degree and since it got picked under regular cap is bachelors degree sufficient?

I had a question on the start date flexibility- considering I am on OPT right now and would file for STEM OPT this year - say a case my H1B gets picked up do i have the ability to request my employer to push my H1B start date, lets say, June 2025 in case it gets picked this year? since you said a FISCAL year starts from Oct 1st so any date between Oct1st 2024 to sep 30th 2025, I would be able to choose from? and does the candidate have the ability to choose the start date?
