- We don't care that it is COLD! Three Very Serious Off Roaders blaze through the Snow in 8°F (-13°C) Temperatures in the Catskill Mountains of New York. Getting lost in the mountains can be great anytime of year, but when you are prepared it can be Fun and Freezing in January. I had a great time with my friends at Very Serious Off Roaders..... As for the campsite, I was invited with the promise of not sharing the location. This is part of the reason for my latest video, everyone is asking. Great video! 9 degrees definitely puts a pause on cooking outdoors! Was it me, or does Mike need to tighten the bolts on his rack? The footage of him going over obstacles and that rack shifting back and forth kinda made me wince. The pictures by Eric were fantastic and really showed how good a time you all had! Thank you for sharing!!
Thanks CIB... LOL! We were going to completely replace all of the nuts and bolts before the trip. The Manufacturer ended up sending him the wrong parts kit and we decided with the cold weather to just hit the road. He is going to love this comment.... LMAO. Thanks for watching. I drove through a nice trail in Catskills about 3 weeks ago and got some nice footage. I’m always looking for trails in NY.

@@StormKingExpedition I was actually thinking about driving through one of the BDR sections in Catskills but I’m not sure how narrow/passable they are. I will definitely take a drive up there, hopefully sooner than later.
I am planning for the weekend of 3/3 or 3/10 if you would like to join. Section 1 through the western Catskills was completely Small to Medium 4x4 passable.

Whoever owns the Taco with the roof top tent-the rack is very flimsy or needs to be tightened-it’s clearly swaying from side to side while on the trail.There should be no movement at all.
