Noticeable cooler @0600 Fri. Sir Robert. Lot of unstable muggy air lately. Since late Wed. moderate rain/ t-storms at times usually around midnight. @ 1700 Thur. there were a few waterspouts, but I was unable to get a good vid. T/y & close to100mm here in Roxas City last 30hrs...

Does the upper level low bring cold air? Cause I notice since yesterday afternoon a really cold breeze especially at night even though we're only getting a drizzle (I'm around Central luzon btw, also google says the night temp is 26 but it definitely feels around 22-23 earlier and it's still cold and cloudy this morning)
