Black self tapping pan head screws would have been a great alternative, and your calipers are really holding up nicely!
Chris, I'm looking to install on my c5. Any C7 side skirts will fit ?
No, the manufacture is called "C7 Carbon".
I used self tabbing screws much easier to remove if you would ever have to take them off.
I had to remove 1 rivet in the process. Took about 5 seconds to drill it out. Not an issue.
that's a hot set up! may I recommend the small DeWalt or Ryobi cordless drill it might make things just a little easier for that type of drilling😎
This is 4 years old at this point but would you recommend using a nut+ bolt for the very front 2 holes that connect to the front fenders? I’d like to be able to easily remove front fenders, or is it not a big deal to just drill out the rivets and then re river later (when re installing the front fenders). Thank you!

How long did you have to wait to receive your order?
About 6 weeks normally. I think they are currently backed up due to issues with importing from China.
I been waiting 8 weeks already and I'm looking at 2 more before they ship. I was told 6 weeks also.
Nice job but more work than I would attempt at my advanced age. I would be more likely to have a nap on the garage floor.

Somehow, "mud flaps" on my C5 never crossed my mind. Chris, front splitter and side, uh "mud flaps" really need to be shown with car on ground, outside of garage.
Those Rivets look hard to put on. I like the self-taping black screws. Nice.

Chris I watched this vid again like the front spliter vid and I see wheel spacers on the table does this mean wider tires meaning wide body rear finder?

I am a fan of these - black on white is nice! I am close to pulling the trigger on this same kit - maybe in carbon fiber but need to see it black on black a few more times first. Keep up the good work!
I would suggest carbon if you have a black car. And it’s only about $50 more. Just my opinion! 👍
Bought my zo6 a few months ago, has 4500 miles on it, basically brand new 2004 model,, yes its going to be hard to drill holes in it for sure. Bought the carbon fiber package to go on mine from c7 carbon, any tips or tricks I need to know before I start the installation? 😬

I know this video is a few months old now... but I just ran across it :) So, a couple questions: 1) the title of the video says c7 side skirts, but the link you posted goes to c6 skirts. Is there a difference? 2) were you able to keep the skirts and mudflaps with your wide body kit?
The company name is “C7 Carbon”. I know, it’s confusing. Yes, they work with the wide rear quarter panels.

I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product with a full walk around. Also, do you notice the rivets visually on the mudflap side when you walk by the car? I would hit them with some black paint or a sharpie if you do.

No, you still use the jacking puck locations.

@@mycorvettelife i was looking to get the 7000 version of them so I can use them on my truck also im approx 4 inch off ground with c7 side skirts and it says the 5000 is 3 inch collapsed and 7000 is 3.5 inch collapsed so does it look like your 5000 series has that extra clearance needed to fir the 7000 series
You can always use a floor jack under the rear of the car to lift it up a bit and slide the Quick Jacks under.
