The storm games are canon kishimoto made a post saying that it was and Hiroshi Matsuyama (cyberconnect 2's president and CEO) stated that Kishimoto approved of the development team's additions in the story. And also i really want to see where storm connections naruto scales

Kishimoto approves these games to give an mostly accurate portayal of the characters strength. In other words this is practically a different timeline. The director of the series stated this to be the case.

Naruto,Goku are literally among the strongest in the games scaling to people like prometheus.
Prometheus states that with the power of the Onyx Book, it would be a trivial matter to change all Jump Worlds, and even the Real World, which views the Jump Worlds, their characters and events as just fiction. Prometheus planned to fuse all the Jump Worlds and the Real World together into one World, where he would be the "One true God" with his power. Prometheus also considers those in the Jump Force to be so far beneath him that they could not even hope to scratch him.
And these jump world contain verses like medaka box that have complex multi scaling, getting the charecters like Naruto,Goku,luffy etc to atleast high complex multi,and unlike others Naruto stays in base the entire game.

Naruto from Ninja Storm is like a multi solar system level due to confirmation of the databook about kaguya Truth seeking orb having multiple solar systems in it.
Multi solar system ? The dimensions is showed us multiple or like countless nebula far from aways. The size is probably more larger than a Galaxy probably an universe since the game took reference too the databook and anime statement that the dimensions are parallel universe
