YAAAASS DEFINITELY BUYING IT NOW!! was literally scrolling through mockup templates yesterday and was about to buy one now I can have it SUPER CHEAP! Thank you so much!
Bloody beautiful can. Spectacular work. I'll be heading all the way from Melbourne to LA at the end of this month, hope to make it over to Rancho to pay the Hamiltons a visit! 🍻🍻
Knocked it out of the park with the packaging. So nice when the brand really comes to life and you see it out in ‘the wild’ working as it was intended 👌
This show is the best thing ever, that's what we need, i prefer watching one episode of this show more than 1000 videos of a guru just talking and bullshiting.
This series the team documented is something I come back to a few times a year. Seeing this process was really valuable and helpful to me as a designer. I know its something you guys did in the past but would be really cool to see more of these in the future again.
It turned out amazing. Perfect for client while still being designy. But I secretly love Option 1. I’m a sucker for diagonal stripes. (90’s experimental websites, Designers Republic, Off White).
So amazing how they showcased their ideas back and forth. The exchange of comprises, struggles and execution is paramount. The involvement from the client is key.

Gosh! This series is such a blast! I have found it right in the middle of re-branding my small personal brand. Is my iPad listening to me or what? Without this and Blind/futur knowlegde my creative brief would be so half assed! Now im at second week of writing a creative brief that i’ll be sending to designers, but man... so much work, but seeing how the initial talk and defining brand attirbutes translates into design and how consistent it looks... i feel that this hard work I am doing now is not for nothing! Just wish I had such good designers in Poland.
i just realized that a lot of the cut scenes of them in their brewery with their customers, the logo and packaging and glasses and all the design has already been implemented! how awesome!
Absolutely amazing work! Can't wait to go back and watch this series from the start. I saw the thumbnail and couldn't resist watching. Huge inspiration, thanks, guys!
In 18 years only once did a printer change our designs without proper communication...never happened again. Even if clients must use their own printers, in order to be sure the intended design prints, clear communication is paramount. Beautiful final. I’m surprised to see the logo on the bottom but glad it’s larger than the mock up. 👍🏼
checking in with this company in 2021, you really see how they have blossomed under this brand. They have pushed the colors and illustrations in some fun directions for their flavors and fan base.
Can you guys make a follow up after some months, comparing or making a business case on how are they doing with the new branding vs the old branding? With numbers to determine how much value is design bringing to businesses.
Love these video series of the process walkthrough. It's like a Netflix show but better and exclusive. Thanks for this kind of content and keep them coming.
Seeing these guys being nervous and second guessing each step of the process up until this point deceived me. By god, when you look at the can at 24:05, it symbolises absolute perfection. I feel like drinking their beer too! Phenomenal work, really!
Loved this episode! You guys are killing it!! Branching off this, could you guys please do an in depth video about how to prepare designs for packaging?? I get so nervous about this.
Guys I'm following this whole series and I wanted to say that with the first 2 ep. I was already interested in getting to know the brand. But now after this blue can, I JUST WANT TO DRINK IT!!! So AMAZING job you guys have done and I hope they inclueded the cans on the website!
30 seconds in - I appreciate the ice cube-like instrumental. The soundtrack to all of this series has been on point (at least for me). Okay, finishing the video now.
16:10 this reminds me of my training years (89-93) of the manual craft of pre-press. I'm old school, I've made packages, brochures, ads, etc. all on a light table, each printing color was a transparent film and the printing areas where black. So you had to create the print in your head based on the printing areas on the film. We were trained to look at printing sections, cumulate them in our head and show the printed color on a pantone fan... Color correction on images where made with either chemical etching or over-lighting when copying from positive to negatives and vice-versa. Not to mention how I've manually removed dust particles from each film because the particle was ON the reversal film (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reversal_film) - you needed some very sharp tools to etch... this profession was called "The Fotolithographer" - pre-photoshop and pre-internet era... @thefutur A comparison manual vs digital would make a nice clip!
Love it! Thank you for sharing this with us. Everyone who has been enjoying this series and the Futur channel, please click their affiliate link if you are planning on trying out webflow or purchase the mockup pack through designcuts. Also, I'm very excited to learn Mr. Burns collects playing cards! 😍 I'll have to send you a pack.
Nice that Can Rock love the colours and that slogan on the can brilliant idea!!! It's really good to work with a client who also knows what they're looking for. Thanks again Guys awesome stufff!!! Oh, I once used the wrong template for the front cover of a newspaper. And with the wrong price, it was cheaper because it was a Sunday edition.
I would love some crucial points to ask to printing package, clothing and printing companies when u send them the final design u work so hard on. What would u ask.? Color system? Values?
As a former prepress artworker I loved this episode. I did wonder how they would achieve a metallic overall finish when it was printed on a layer of white. Ben, don’t worry about wrong barcodes, your not the only one lol
MrBenBurns that’s why you have insurance lol we did ours on a well known brand of cornflakes, they mass produced hundreds of thousands of boxes until they found out 🤦🏻♂️
Beautiful can! I’ve turned a little bit into a PNW craft beer snob and I would definitely want to try this beer! The packaging looks beautiful and will stand out on the shelves for sure!
I love the whole series but this is definitely my favorite episode! ❤️😃You should work on producing and selling a packaging design course that covers the whole process including printing techniques. I will be the first one to buy it! 😊
5:27 that's why final design to be sent and approved with total responsibility on the client side before production. Content is a client responsibility, not the designer's.

@slaakk hahaha yes

That is one of the sharpest cans I have ever seen.
I can't wait to get my hands on one of these!
When that third can came up I lost it. That Mango tag popping on the blue with the vertical LPLB tag , Absolutely Beautiful!
Congratulations, you have been working so hard. I love you all.

Thank you guys for including the convo with the printer, I feel crazy ever time I'm trying to build metallic knockouts. Glad I'm not the only one.
Our pleasure!
Mooorrrrreeeee Please!!! This show is worth the watch and watch again
Amazing to see how everything comes together with the packaging! The detail on that print... 😍
YOU WIN! Blind, You Win
I absolutely loved watching the process from design to print. Awesome! 👍🇦🇺😊
I was amazed by the awesome feedback from the client!
I think you guys did a great job helping the client find the best solution, instead of proving that " I'm right, you are wrong ".
Packaging issa beautiful thing! Great team work!
Thanks The Future for another high value content video! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ben is my spirit animal
You guys did a such good job on mocking up the design, but the actual can looks even better. Job well done!
I’m amazed that this kind of content it’s free. Thanks The Futur !
