That whisky developes a lot after the bottle is opened. In a month or two the taste is quite different than when new. Better in my opinion!
This is so true, wanted to watch "the killer" on Netflix yesterday and tought i need something extra, got myself a dram of my 6month Uigedal, i swear i had 30% more pepper and bacon and other flavors now compared to new bottle. i was almost more impressed by my dram then the movie, Ps Movie is also good.
Ben was definitely drinking before 8am in this one lol. I wonder if this was the 6th out of 6?

I’ve been falling into the rabbit hole of Single Malts. This is my absolute favourite. Strong ABV, fantastic taste. It’s just amazing. I rate it above Lagavulin 16. Excellent whiskey

How's this vs the Laphroaig PX? :D
Laphroaig PX offers more fruity notes than Ardbeg Uigeadail, but both are really great!
I am a winemaker and all the smoke tainted wines from california from a few years ago ruined peated and smokey scotches for me. I cant drink them anymore. Cant stand them anymore.
Is it me or it look paler than the other batches??
