It’s alright, Anthony. Things happen and your personal life is much more important than RUclips. Take your time. It’s good to address things like this to inform other people, and in my opinion it’s makes you more human
I can sympathize with you, brother. I slipped my L4 and L5 over 10 years ago, so I understand the pain you’ve been through. It took me about a year to fully heal, and I avoided surgery. We often take our backs for granted.
Happy you're doing great! I'm 21 and i am currently going through the same thing with 3 herniated disc in the bottom most 3 they're all at 8mm since November. Its very nice to know that there's a chance for recovery and that this may all be over. Glad you're back at it and hope your recovery is well.
i was getting worried thinking you were about to announce that you had cancer... im glad that wasnt/isnt the case, thank God. youve been a huge inspiration for my cars and im looking forward to seeing more videos!!!!
Glad you’re doing better brother! Health is the most important thing. Can’t wait to see more videos on the RSX. Just got mine running again and working on restoring mine too.
I know how you feel I suffer from sciatica as well and lower disc back problems. I'm glad you're back and take your time on things we will be here whenever you upload videos 🤘
You inspired me to get an Rsx 7 months ago, ended up getting a black one and everything. Did alot of work cleaning it up but I just couldn't afford the project at the time, so I decided to sell it. Anyway glad you're ok man, really look forward to your future content
My dad went through a very similar situation, in his case there multiple discs with issues. It was a hellish experience for him, he said the pain was unlike anything he's ever felt. It took him months to bounce back, the injections and physical therapy helped him. I'm sorry you had to go through that, happy to see you're back on your feet.
I’m happy that you’re taking charge of your health and feeling a bit better after the surgery brother. Rest up and take your time with the recovery. I’m looking forward to more of that prime Alldayanthony content once you’re back to 100%
I suffered from long covid for 3 1/2 years and now have heart scaring. Health is the most important thing in this world. Even above family I’d say. Without it, nothing else matters. Glad you’re doing better. Take care Anthony, glad you’re back!
@@yonafandekhnik6731 Myocarditis induced from acute covid infection in May 2020. The neurological symptoms from long covid are gone now fortunately but heart scarring has been confirmed with multiple cardiac MRIs.
I wondered what happened to you. Thank yoou for the update. I liked your format cuz it is relatable. Keep on keeping up. Very much appreciate the update.
Great to have you back Anthony, glad you’re making a good recovery so far. The rsx videos have made it my dream car so i’m glad to see your making videos again!
L5-S1 herniation here too. I’m a year out and still have minor pain but mostly I don’t think about it. Glad you are in a better spot! Definitely makes you not take health for granted. Health is wealth.
dude that`s so crazy this all happened to me 3 years ago and my lower discectomy was also performed on July 8th of 2021! glad you`re feeling better hopefully it stays that way. I don`t struggle with nerve pain, rather just lower back pain pretty regularly.
Hoping for a speedy and healthy recovery bro. Sadly I don’t know you but I’ve been watching your content for a while. I enjoy all the Honda stuff you do and when I saw your awd rsx for the first time I was geeking out. Never be afraid to prioritize yourself first and never be sorry for it. You should always come first and I’m pretty sure we’d all like to see you be fine first.
Haha “hey doc I got this pain in my ass from playing 13 hrs of sim racing”! I had sciatica for 5 months and did PT for 2 months had to play games with insurance and do xray and ct scan was not fun at all. It finally resolved in its own thank god! Glad you are feeling better and hope you have a speedy recovery!!
I feel you. I was injured in an accident in my public safety career and I had to retire. I no longer can ride dirt bikes, or mountain bike riding or anything. I have a Honda very similar to your red one. I’ve been slowly restoring it for years and it gives me a lot of satisfaction. But nothing quite brings me the sort of happiness I used to have when I had full mobility.. glad you’re feeling better
Dudeee your my favorite RUclipsr ! I understand the mental and physical pain sucks but it gets better I have scoliosis , & had 4 slip disk two in the neck and two in the lower back . Worst pain ever doing better now thanks to ice packs on my back and muscle relaxers . Hope you get better one thing that helped me was to take it slow .
This is crazy! I just went through the same exact thing around the same exact time. I’m in recovery as well. So glad to see you up and moving! Take it easy man!
Glad to see you back, I've been through a disc surgery back in the day in the ARMY it was rough. I've heard the operation is less bad now but very sorry to hear you had to suffer through this for so long.
I won't lie Anthony, but this video hit hard when I watched it last night. My issues may not be as extreme as yours but I have also been dealing with some minor sciatica issues this year. Thankfully I haven't had to deal with much pain but it's a reminder that we ask our bodies too much some times and it tells us that we went too far. Mental health is the real deal man and can fully relate to your feelings even though my situation is very different than yours. I've essentially become car less for two months and I freaking miss detailing so it's kind of hard to stay sane until I can find another car to drive. Don't overdue it man, we will all wait for some killer content when you are ready!
I never comment on vids, but i wached every one of your vids. Glad you're back! I slipped a disc in my lower back about 2 years ago playing baseball and it was hell. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! The depression was the worst part. Hope your recovery continues well and I cannot wait for what you bring us in future vids!
Im had a close relative pass through a cervical hernia as well and he was just very desperate without having any results after remedies and doctors till surgery. Take the time to recover and health is a must besides anything. Stay safe!
Hey Anthony I just wanted to say i received a heart transplant last year and while at the hospital I would watch your videos.now I’m working being a mechanic . Keep it up with your videos you got this 🖤
20 years old had same injury from lifting 150+ pound battery. 5 years later hurts less now but some days are horrible. Glad to see ya better and back. Working in engine bays are hell now though lol
I think the greatest impact we can have is to share our personal life experiences because it connects all of us and it is part of what makes us humans. Thanks for sharing and the life is back in your voice. 👋🏻👍🏻
Hope you’re doing well. Cars come and go, that’s the beauty of them. Health first. Love the cars. You motivated me to get my first project rsx and I love it. Hector!!!
I had the same thing like you for 5 months I was so hard. I never stop working and also I took therapy for 2 months but I didn’t help me out, stead I got the pain worst so I decided not to go therapy. I did some exercise and the pain after that the pain went away thanks God. It was really uncomfortable. I’m glad your back brother keep the work great again. Blessings 👏🙏
Happy to see you and that you didn't wait until things got really bad. I injured my back and waited 10 years before taking care of it. Long story short, they had to go through my stomach and back to fuse my L5/S1 and I have titanium rods on each side. Work on my cars, or doing anything, can sometimes be a challenge. I'll be looking at doing this surgery again in about 5 years to fix vertebra higher up. Take it easy, follow your doctor's instructions. You've got a great fan base that will be here when you're able to put out content again.
Welcome back brother 💪🏼🙏🏼 I’ve had the same pain on my right side exactly how you explained it but luckily I’ve been getting better on my own but definitely gonna get it checked out just to make sure I’m good. Can’t wait for some content 💯🔥
What’s up bro! Glad you’re doing better. You’re so right bro, a lot of the times we take our health for granted not knowing how important every part of the body is. I too suffer from lower back pain. As someone who’s very athletic it was humbling when my back gave out to the point where I too had to crawled to get to places in my own house. I definitely wasn’t as bad as you, so I could only imagine how difficult it was. Anyways, glad you’re back. Just take it easy brother. I pray you make a strong recovery and keep enjoying life in Jesus name! God Bless you and the fam!
Wow, sorry to hear it's been hell. I fully get that one unfortunately, I deal with Sciatic pain and sometimes during flare ups it literally is as you described. Only way to "soothe" the pain is to lay motionless..... I'm glad to hear your on the path to a solid recovery. Stay positive and keep working to take care of yourself and the rest falls into place. Take good care.
I can’t tell you how sorry I am that you went through this because the EXACT SAME thing happened to me ten years ago; right down to the injections and (finally) surgery. Take your time to focus on YOU - we can wait. 🙏🏼
