    Delicious Chicken Francese!
    Chicken Francese, Chicken Francaise is an Italian-American dish of Chicken Cutlets. It is flour-dredged, egg-dipped, and sauteed chicken cutlets with lemon-butter sauce. It's a trendy dish in the NY area in the USA. It is so simple and quick that it is perfect as dinner/lunch for weekdays/weekends. We love this dish very much. I hope you will also like it.

    Preparation Time: 6-10 min.
    Cooking time: 10-15 min.
    Serving: 2 people.
    Ingredients:
    1. Chicken breast- 1 pc (250g approx.)
    2. Chopped garlic- 2 Tbsp.
    3. Chicken stock- 1.5 cups.
    4. Lemon juice-1 Tbsp.
    5. Egg- 2 pcs.
    6. Salt- ½ tsp+
    7. Black pepper - 1 tsp (crushed).
    8. Dried oregano- 1 tsp.
    9. Fresh parsley- 3-4 Tbsp (chopped).
    10. Flour- ½ cup.
    11. Olive oil-2-3 Tbsp.
    12. Butter-1-2 Tbsp.
    Procedure:
    13. Wash the chicken piece and pat dry with a paper towel.
    14. Cut the chicken horizontally into half to make 2 thin pieces.
    15. Pound the pieces with a hammer or a heavy object to flatten the thick parts.
    16. Coat the pieces with flour.
    17. Beat the eggs. Add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp dried oregano, and 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley.
    18. Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil. Dip the chicken in the egg mix. Coat both sides nicely.
    19. Saute the chicken 3-4 min each side. Until lightly golden brown.
    20. Transfer them to a plate.
    21. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1-2 Tbsp of salted butter in the same pan.
    22. Add 2 Tbsp chopped garlic. Saute until lightly golden.
    23. Add 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Add 1.5 cups of chicken stock.
    24. Cook on medium-high heat, and let it come to a boil.
    25. Add 1 tsp crushed black pepper.
    26. Add the chicken pieces. Cook on medium-high heat to reduce the sauce.
    27. Add 2-3 Tbsp chopped parsley.
    28. Do not flip the chicken, only baste the pieces with the sauce.
    SERVE THE DISH WITH MASHED POTATO. ENJOY YOUR MEAL.
