“Roshogolla” or Rasgulla is a famous Bengali sweet. This is a simple and easy method of making it.

Preparation Time: 20-30 min.
Cooking Time: 18-20 min.
Serving: 6-8 people
Ingredients:
1. Milk - 2 liters( 8 cups).
2. Lime juice- 2 Tbsp.
3. White vinegar - 2 Tbsp.
4. Water- 1 cup.
For the syrup
5. Sugar - 2.5 cups
6. Water - 8 cups
7. Green cardamom/kewra water(optional).
*Traditionally we do not use any fragrance in the syrup.
