  • Here’s a great ball handling drill you can do at home from Coach Shelby Chapa.
    Movement is two hand pass, right arm, left arm, one knee, two hand pass, right arm, left arm, opposite knee and repeat.
    A good routine would be do 3-5 one minute sets with a rest of 30 seconds.
    Remember it’s about ball control. Obviously you wouldn’t knee a ball in game so that just adds to controlling the ball more.
