      Jaime castañeda Mine too! It reminds me so much of home. I tried to replicate it as close as I can as we can’t find Queso Fresco here in Australia!

    Another great recipe, Andy! :D I'd love to see some more dinner meals similar to the Lomo Saltado and Aji De Gallina that use the yellow chilli paste! I still have some left to use up from what I got from your Instagram giveaway ;) :)

      I would love to but unfortunately we don't get the purple corn here in Australia so I won't be able to make those dishes anytime soon...However, you will get to see some of them in my new Peru Vlog Series coming next week!

      I’m in the U.S, and they are wildly available. Purchase them online!
      Lucuma, is extremely difficult to find.
      How is Australia? You should visit the U.S!

    La receta escrita dice 200 gramos de baby espinaca pero en el vídeo tu dices 100 gramos . Por favor me aclaras ! Gracias ! Te vi en mi kitchen rules Australia ! Felicitations ! Hoy encontré tu canal y me suscribo !

    "some" pasta 🤔🤔🤔🤔 this unit of measurement will allow you to have too little or too much sauce 😭😭

    You dont need to put evaporated milk, that's weird. Pesto doesn't need to have dairy beyond the cheese. Sorry that sauce looks nasty and goopy, fresh herbs are best without dairy because you cant taste the freshness of the herbs. keep more water, no milk.
