    Hi everyone, I would love to make a driving experience video but of course the engine is exhibiting some issues. It's burning too much oil for comfort. 🤦

    Thank you for the update and honest review!
    We need to drive together and try the differences between your custom 3.6 and my less built 3.8! 😜

    I appreciate the honest feedback about all the mods you made to the car. My philosophy about the NSX is very close to yours: keep it rideable. The OS Giken limited slip was also discarded on my car for instance so as the LoveFab turbo. The goodie that I'm interested in is the power assisted steering.
    I'll look it up on Prime. I'm CB72 there

    Good content. Please make the video showing what it’s like to drive it and maybe some 0 to 60.

    Looks like GMR

      @@keatonmacon3460 I haven't been to Fontana in years so I'm guessing perhaps someone else, but GMR is right! If I was a RUclipsr I'd send you "merch" haha

    How's the Rev range with the stroker kit? Did the redline have to drop any?

  • @Unicornpirate
    @Unicornpirate 3 месяца назад +1

    What's the redline? That 370whp sounds like its an amazing drive. Thanks for explaining the cams not liking 2-3k rpm on the freeway. Also what fuel system you got? Is it on E85 or pump or race gas?

    • @RyuMoto
      @RyuMoto  3 месяца назад +1

      @@Unicornpirate redline is a great question. The valve train is built to handle 9k+ but it's the stroker portion that caused me to drop redline to 7500 from the stock 8200. With my current header and exhaust setup she loses steam above 7500 anyway so that's a restriction so I might as well drop the redline to maintain reliability. The torque curve starts so low now there's really not much point to rev it so high but I still can if I wanted to. With a custom header and open mufflers I think she's got another 10-20hp at the top end 🤷‍♂️

    • @RyuMoto
      @RyuMoto  3 месяца назад +1

      @@Unicornpirate ID1050 injectors and Walbro 450. Everything else is stock. I refuse to go E85 cuz I'm too lazy lol

    • @Unicornpirate
      @Unicornpirate 3 месяца назад

      @@RyuMoto Thanks for the reply. Yeah I figured the redline will drop with the stroker. Is there any way to get back that 8200rpm or at least 8000rpm? Also I thought ITB's would help with the top end no?

    • @RyuMoto
      @RyuMoto  3 месяца назад

      @@Unicornpirate the motor itself is built to do at least 8.5k. the piston speeds calculate within S2000 AP1 specs so you can rev it out if you want. As I mentioned the restriction in my setup is in the exhaust now, not the intake and then given the Dyno power curve and how much power this puts out already, I have more than I need so I chose to add longevity and capped the rpm. RPM kills any ICE engine.

    • @Unicornpirate
      @Unicornpirate 3 месяца назад

      @@RyuMoto Ok that makes sense. Sounds like blast to drive regardless. Does the engine cover still fit with those custom intake tubes? Or I am guessing they sit too high which why you didn't have one?
