My Best 3 Layers Grilled Sandwich ! Super Crispy, Spicy , Buttery and Oozy

This is my personal favourite recipe and I do crave this sandwich twice a week.
I made crispy,salty and creamy 3 Layers grilled sandwich.This is a quick and simple recipe .You may add your favourite veges.I added mushroom to enhance the taste and it tastes really good .It's not difficult to make and it's really delicious and oozy.

Measurements are using scales (g).tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp)(not measuring spoons)

Filling :
-Butter-2 tbsp
-Garlic paste-1 tbsp
-Onion-1 small( chopped)
-Red capsicum -2 tbsp(chopped)
-Green capsicum -2 tbsp(chopped)
-Green onion-1 stick
-Chiken-150g( boneless)
-Salt-1/2 tsp
-Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
-Corriander powder-1/2 tsp
-Black pepper-1/4 tsp
-Refined flour-1 tbsp
-Milk-1 cup
-Cream -2 tbsp
-Mushroom-20 gram
-Fresh corriander-1 tbsp( chopped)

Green Chutney:
-Almond-6 to 7
-Green chillies-4
-Fresh corriander-2 to 3 tbsp
-Lemon juice-1 tbsp
-Salt to taste

For Assembling;
-Bread-3 slice
-Pizza sauce-1 tsp
-Green sauce-1.5 tsp
-Few cucumber slice
-Few tomatoes slice

-You can add your favourite vegetables and cutting of vegetables can also be customized.

-Make sure to add cream to make it full creamy and oozy.

-If you like spicy sandwich you may add spices according to your taste.

-If you don't like mushroom then skip mushroom but I recommend to add mushroom it enhance flavour.
