    This white chicken pulao recipe is very easy to make and very delicious to eat
    This white recipe will make your stomach crave for it again and again once you eat it and you won't be able to keep your hands off it.
    This super flavourful and moist white chiken pulao is my personal favourite and I do crave this chiken pulao twice a week.
    I made with basmati rice, basic spices, and chiken. It is popularly known as white color as it is white in color due to the addition of basic spices without impacting its color. This can be a perfect lunch box recipe or even a premium rice option for any celebrations or occasion feast

    Measurements are using scales (g).tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp)(not measuring spoons)

    & Ingredients
    -Rice-3 glass
    -Oil-1/2 cup
    -Bay leaves-2
    -Mix garam masala-2 tbsp( Cinnamon,green cardamom,star anise,cumin seed,white pepper,nutmeg,mace)
    -onion-1( chopped)
    -Garlic-1 bunch( paste)
    -Chiken-500g( thighs and breast)
    -Green chillies paste-1 tbsp
    - yogurt-1/4 cup
    - water-1/4 cup
    -salt-4 tsp( to taste)
    - corriander powder -2 tsp
    - Chili flakes -1 tsp
    - Green chillies-4
    - water-6 glass

    Karak Tea;
    -Water-1/2 cup
    -Ginger(crushed)-1/2 tsp
    -Black tea-1 tsp
    -Milk-1 cup
    -Jaggery-1 tbsp

    Salad:
    -Cucumber -1/2(Diced)
    -Tomato-1(diced)
    -onion-1/2 ( sliced)
    - Beet root-1)2(diced)
    - Fresh corriander-4 to 5 tbsp
    - olive oil-1 tbsp
    - salt to taste
    - 1 pinch dry mint

    Tips:

    -Use High quality Basmati rice for the best flavour and texture.

    - Rinse the rice before cooking to remove excess starch and impurities.

    - Use the right water ratio:2 glass of water for every 1 glass of rice

    -Add chopped onion for extra flavour but saute them untill they aretranslucent to avoid a raw onion taste.

    - I added chiken directly but you can marinate the chiken in yogurt and spices for 30 minute to add deep flavours.

    - Season with salt but be mindful of the amount as the chiken adds natural saltiness.

    - Use chiken breast or thighs for tender and juicy meat.

    -You may add some chopped vegetables to like carrot,peas,cabbage or what is your favorite to make it hearty and nutritious meal.
