    There's only a few video's on RUclips on the AR 52V X-Class Step-Thru model and your video is the best. I just bought a red one for 1899.00 last week and can't wait to get it. This is the best price they've ever had. I'm looking to upgrade the seat to either a OC Cafe Racer brand or a Saul's seat, does anybody have a preference on the quality and comfort between these two brands. I want to order the seat now so when my bike arrives I'll have the seat ready to put on it.

      On the grizzly, how easy is it to change a flat tire, rotors and brake pads, any steering wobble or vibrations? I was looking at the X52, but it's a single motor, and usually, single motors are weak. I've owned electric scooters and am ready for a more enjoyable ride with speed, range, comfortably, and easy to work on and find parts. I've never owned an ebike before.

    @dag72 Год назад +1

    I want one but I keep reading negative information regarding Ariel Rider lack of customer service. No responses, taking weeks and months to respond, and they do not answer customer service phone calls. I’ve read customers have bought one but can’t ride it because of a malfunction, and the bike sits with no resolution from Ariel Rider. What is your experience with customer service?

    • @RandyRides
      @RandyRides  Год назад

      As long as you communicate through the proper channels, through their ticketing system (via email), you will be fine. They do not offer customer support over the phone at this point.
      The biggest problem I see, people are so impatient, because they expect things to be done immediately. Well it doesn’t work that way in the ebike industry. You’ll hear the same things for almost every ebike company out there.
      Unfortunately, e-bikes in general are a very popular item right now, and it’s still hard to get parts for them in certain circumstances, but AR does a really good job at managing it, and it’s getting better.
      A few months back their warehouse flooded. It was an emergency move and they had to change locations. A lot of the stuff you’re reading is probably during that time. Not sure on specifics, but they are still settling into their new place and getting things in order. It’s improving every day and I think most people are happy with their purchases.

    We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!
