I hear all kinds of numbers for how much experience you need. I still work for them I’ll look into it for you! I had a total of 1 year and 8 months of driving experience and 8 months of that was flatbed and they hired my and now 1 year into working for Nova Lines I got my own truck and trailer just paying my own bank for my equipment because it’s a cheaper rate! I make good money being partners with Nova Lines!

Can you make $4k after expenses like after fuel costs? Also some was telling me that they don't let you use your own fuel card. Was wondering. I'm also wanting to buy my own truck.

Personally it really is a scam Nova Lines The cost of my Freightliner Cascadia 2022 was at actual $165k at cost With 4% interest Nova Lines puts around $190k on your wonderful lease agreement So add up the numbers My fixed costs was $2300 a wk. And they want you to make $8k wk At first your fine. Then start noticing loads are paying so you get your loads Then you make more than what they offer you You will get a call from Frank Cano. Asking why your not hauling there freight Doesn't pay. O by the way they don't have a approved brokers list always on the fly thing. I made more money hauling for ATS Sureway Very scammy. Watch your numbers. Very closely
Did you get a choice yo pick a kw or a freightliner?
It depends what they have at the yard. I got my choice when I leased my truck 2years ago
