so many things wrong with this securement... hooks cant touch the deck, chains are not at the correct 45 degree angle, chains are twisted over each other inside the coil, chain not even on the edge protector. assuming your coil racks are rated for 10k a piece, and that looks to be a 45k coil so youre short on coil racks as well.

If they say you damaged it tell them to mark it on the bills and you take the damaged merchandise with you. Dont let them mark it and keep it. Call your insurance co let them deal with it. Your insurance co will contact them and they have to pay you freight .

I hope you have pictures that u can use for evidence on your behalf I would think you should be able to get camera footage of load and unload I would think that would be all u would need

File a lien against their company. And, file a lawsuit against them for the money. If you call them in person, make sure you record the call and get the person's information (full name off the person, the name and address of the company, their position in that company) that you talk to. Make sure you tell them that you are recording the conversation before you hang up the phone, and not before you get everything from them. Plus, try to get everything done through text messages and e-mails so you have a written record of the conversations with this company. Get them to admit that they are still going to keep and use the product(s) even though they were supposed to be damaged. That is illegal, because it is supposed to be returned to sender. What they are doing is committing fraud and theft by scheme.

I see the jacket in the hat you look like you're in cold conditions I would be very careful going into extreme cold with that problem you could seize the motor very easily

Head gasket

It's most likely a blown head gasket. The coolant is either in the oil, which will make the oil look milky. Or the coolant is burning off in the combustion chamber, which will usually blow white smoke out the exhaust. A cooling system pressure test seems in order either way.

I put silicon spray on my binders and winches followed by a little bit of gear oil now. Lasts much longer than WD40.
