Top Thrill 2 is my new favorite coaster of all time! I was also in line when that delay happened. It was about a 40 minute delay.
I was in line for the front row and watched the maintenance ppl walk the track and it was so agonizing but the payoff was worth it!

Even a drug addict can admit the naysayers are crack addicts; obsessing about 4.5 seconds for a 12 second ride with almost no airtime to this: a duration, speed and airtime layout. I'd imagine the very back row (not car, since it's a shuttle coaster) is best, followed by the very front row for the better rollback. I've always thought this would be better than TTD, which ranked behind SV, Mille and even Gatekeeper for me when I was there (as I think Maverick is overrated). Glad to see it's well received and reliable, at least so far. Thanks for posting!

Definitely has a Zamperla shake. Tall trains are a factor to this
Should change the video intro to top thrill 2 dropping down from the spike instead of the drop on Valraven tt2 is more dramatic drop for a video intro you got a perfect shot of it in this video dropping from the spike the valraven drop is og tho for this channel just a thought

Does the train reach 400 feet on the spike? Would it be considered that Top Thrill 2 now has 2 drops that are over 400 feet? Or does it not reach all the way up the spike and its only like a 350 foot drop?
I heard someone saying it was around 375 feet, but it was never confirmed by the park. I don’t think it’s over 400.

The launches are so weak. It sounds like a golf cart. No real themeing. Presentation is terrible. I definite downgrade in my opinion. What waste of money. But hey, they are Six Flags now so what do you expect.
