seems like 50% losses out of the elutriation machine on this test.

    Hello,
Nice video! I have to say that your system is very remarkable. Congratulations on the conjuring ...smiles
The video does make it difficult to estimate the volume or even the weight of the gold recovered from the Sluice Goose and the Magnet Sluce individually and collectively.
What was the weight recovered in the process?
Are you considering sending the tailings to a lab to ultimately quantize the possible loss to the tailings?
The reason I ask is that I am curious to see if some of those tailings may have some gold remaining in solution with the carrier matrix. I suppose you might progressively re-run the tailings with a different (progressively less) flow rate each run. You would then have a group of samples from the tailings which could be lab tested for gold concentrations.
This would give a value for which an actual 100% of the gold is known. This could establish a lower value of the rate of flow which should recover most absolutely 100% of the gold. Well, just a thought. If for some reason the above isn't clearly presented, please, feel free to PM me for discussion.
Thanks and I am looking forward to further understanding the benefits and application of these systems.
    Happy Memorial Day!
    ...smiles

The final gold weight was .3 grams from 1.8 lbs. of dirt. I am involved with Mercury Free Mining and just completed a testing program initiated by MFM with Peruvian ore obtained from the Alliance for Responsible Mining. I processed 6 samples of tailings and concentrates in 10 -15 lb. batches. This testing program is financed by the Gemological institute of America in search of clean sources of gold for the jewelry industry and provide the artisanal miners to recover gold without using mercury. The University of Arizona mining lab was contracted to analyze and assay the ore prior to distribution of the ore to me, Mike Pung and Gold Cube and a safe and humane chemical leaching process. All the tailings and gold are returned for the university to analyze the results to arrive at a University of Arizona certified rating of gold recovery. They will be very thorough performing many different comparisons in analyzing the results which they will officially publish when complete. This will answer all questions about GOLDROP performance. Keep an eye on my Facebook pages, Sluice Goose and John Richmond for updates.

You should weigh the gold and give him its value in a discount.
