- "I.D.E.A ~僕は毎日、夢を見る~, Rockman X6 ending theme subbed in english and romaji. Song performed by the band RoST and written by Shoutaro Morikubo (森久保 祥太郎), X's voice actor from X5 to X7. Added a video with images from the series just to make it look better than the sepia images from the original ending. That Alia fanart from 0:31 to 0:41 belongs to CarmenMCS from DevianArt, I take absolutely no credit for it. That blushing Gate art was made by me. This was the first song I subbed also including karaoke, as this is a song I specifically like very much. Well then, enjoy!

Even after all these years, I'm still coming back for this song. It gives me a really nice sense of closure: even after all the effort, even if things didn't go as planned, it's fine. It's already time to let those things in the past and open a door to the future, while enjoying some sick beats!

I feel like out of anything, the gameplay and the story get messed up big time in X6. But if those two are tweaked a bit, it's a good game.

Ah yes, I can remember back to the first and only time I ever beat X6. It had been so frustrating, but somehow, hearing I.D.E.A. after all that pain made it more satisfying than listening to it from a random video. I mean, it didn't make me want to play that godforsaken game ever again, but it still felt nice. Then I found this, and your amazing editing gave me that feeling of satisfaction again, and I thank you for that.

Since I watched Sonic Shorts Volume 8 years ago, and my first playthrough of X6 was on the Switch LC version, my disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined
But I did mod the Steam LC to have the song so at least I get that

I've loved that song for a long long time, but this was really a very nice experience.
I love that song, it fits so well the game. After I beated X6 in the X Collection for the first time, that song was like a reward for beating all the first six home console games in the franchise, and also, knowing that X6 can be seen as the last game in the franchise (even if don't, it basically shows Zero last moments before departing to that 1 hundred years sleep), it really give that feel of "We didn't show you how it ended, but you already know that it begins here", or some other thing...Well, anyway, I like that song, A LOT. That's it. Better go now!

Not gonna lie, this is one of my favorite songs from the Japanese versions of the Mega Man X games. This song is also easier for me to sing along to since a majority of the lyrics are more slow. I have a difficult time singing along to most Japanese songs since the lyrics tend to be spoken so fast that I can’t catch up with the lyrics (that, and because I don’t really speak Japanese). Thank you for subbing this! 😊

Everyone dislikes this game, but I love it. It wasnt "too hard" and I never picked the levels with Nightmare...simple. The music and Mavericks more than made up for its shortcomings.

Capcom didn't "need" to replace it. They didn't pay to renew the license. So, outside Japan, IDEA and the 2 other Jpop songs by X's voice actor were removed.

I beat it in my youth with X, no cheats or glitch exploits, but I sadly have no memory of this song playing.
Maybe because I was just so done with it. The song does give me a sense of melancholy that I am still unable to get from other songs.

X6 wasn't that hard, it just has a lot of weirdly designed stages that felt kind of cheap. The final Sigma battle is a lot easier than X5 or X4 for me, mostly because he drops health.
@@SleepyRickyC92 except in Xtreme mode. And guess who beat the game under that difficulty because the bosses get variations on their attacks instead of simply mucking the damage values around.
I wouldn't say it's 100% pain, but it's not necessarily "fun".

Morikubo didn't sing this one, I believe- it was the band RoST. He sings "The Answer", the opening theme for X6, as well as a lot of the other songs from the series, but I think he just wrote this one. His band is called "Mosquito Milk".

Not this one. AFAIK Shoutaro, the voice actor of X, only wrote the song. The song was sung by a group called RoST.

imo the only things it did better was no rng endings, keeping jp songs (that was because they didn't have time to make new ones) and the ability to skip alia's bs. And maybe better presentation i guess?
