  • UTI Diesel instructor Anna Feroci-Schroeder left home at 20, joined the Coast Guard, and found her passion in the diesel industry. Now, she shares that passion with her students.
In this video, Anna dives into the world of diesel engines - they're not just for trucks! We're talking boats, trains, planes and even generators in hospitals. As Anna shares, if it generates electricity, it’s probably a diesel engine.
UTI’s Diesel Technology program is 45 weeks of foundational courses to build students’ base knowledge from the ground up, teaching them how to diagnose, repair and replace.* From there, students can move on to specialized advanced training on diesel trucks and engines from leading brands.
Like Anna, UTI instructors witness the joy of learning firsthand as students discover their capabilities, using their years of experience to guide students. To learn more about diesel training at UTI, visit www.uti.edu/programs/diesel.
