Yes... so many fall for the heavy oil laden, salt and sugar processed foods.... wholegrain, beans, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.... heaven on earth what you can create with these staples..... delicious and healthy like no other foods on the planet. As a vegan I ate whole foods from the beginning...it's a myth that all vegans eat refined junk foods. Many vegans eat healthy whole foods. Some plant-base people are spreading stereotypes about vegans...it's no different than meat eaters spreading stereotypes about vegans. Not all vegans eat the same. Like not all Plant-based people eat the same. There are people calling themselves Plant-based simply because their diet is mostly plants, even though they still eat meat. Vegan and Plant-based are just words when people don't know what they mean.
I call myself a vegan because I don't wear animals skins like leather, furs, silk etc. I don't go to zoos, circuses etc. I don't use products that contain animal ingredients. I feel vegan goes further than Plant-based which only focus on the diet. But let's stop saying that all vegans eat junk vegan food it's not true.
